Location is great very clean and comfortable room, I would recommend the hotel!

Lots of options for dining. Was a little noisy in the late evening but everything quieted down as night progressed. Very comfortable and clean rooms Delicious breakfast buffet. Thank you to Michael who was very helpful and made our stay wonderful.

Very nice stuff. My room was very clean and I had a very beautiful view of the mountains. In the morning they served us with complementary breakfast. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

great location, but a bit of an uphill climb. the facility and staff, breakfast however are amazing.

The staff is very attentive and they will help you as soon as they see a problem. The only issue I have with this location is the infrastructure is just very very old. As long as you're OK with the basic necessities, you'll be fine but if you're looking for something more, you should go to a different hotel.

Fantastic Hotel with a lovely staff. Located in the quieter area of Aguas Calientes, we would most definitely stay here again. Their suites are beautiful and equipped with a much welcomed bathtub at the end of a long day in Machu Picchu. Thank you!

Nancy & Abel were amazing with our check in process. We booked a last minute reservation & they were able to accommodate us right away. We ended up being extremely lucky & got upgraded

Very accessible

The hotel is located up the hill in aguas caliente - 10 min walk from the train station. A staff member greeted us when we arrived and helped carry our luggage to hotel. We had a nice suite, but it seemed like they took down the second tv near our bed. They have portable heater and dehumidifier. No central heating. They have a nice jetted tub near bed and our room had a nice bathroom with 2 sinks and shower. The furniture was okay. The food offered was not great.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, good location. We could leave our bags in the hotel overnight when we went to Machu Picchu. Staff could meet us at the train station to help with luggage.

Clean and good property. Customer service was outstanding and people working there were great.

The hotel is perfect for an overnight stay.

The location was good for food and shopping. The breakfast was wonderful. However the bathrobes were a little ragged. When we checked out, the staff stored our baggage while we visited Machu Picchu, which we appreciated, but were unable to walk it down to the train station with us when we returned. It would have been nice if they had helped us get our bags to the station.

Decent hotel with a decent staff good location only thing it’s on top of the hill. Overall great experience will recommend.

What I didn't like
- The staff offered to drop my luggage at train station before my train. Then forgot it. I had to call 10 minutes before and almost missed my train. That would have been really bad. If you are relying on the staff for luggage drop, remind them before the promised time.
- Location is a bit of hike.
