O serviço de quarto simplesmente não existe, fiquei mais de 30 minutos tentando pedir café no quarto e não tive resposta. Os móveis estão gastos, precisam de reparos, ar condicionado não gelou bem e pingou a noite toda. A janela do meu quarto não trancava por dentro.
