Atendimento do recepcionista (não sei nome) foi espetacular, muito simpático e querido demais .
Acomodação bem limpa e confortável.
Eu saí cedo mas meu marido ficou para o café da manhã e falaste que foi o melhor que ja tomou.
Super recomendo .

Um hotel 4 estrelas onde a descarga do banheiro não funciona, onde a comida do hotel, um hambúrguer, demora 1 hora para ficar pronta no restaurante e ainda a carne vem congelada não é razoável. Pagamos muito e recebemos pouco para um hotel 4 estrelas onde pagamos bem caro o quarto. Além disso, não achei a equipe sincronizada e quando saímos do hotel, o serviço terceirizado quase bateu no nosso carro ao dar um ré. Acho que não nos viu. Ao invés de pedir desculpas quando olhamos para ele nos olhou em tom desafiador. Se for possível, nunca mais irei a este hotel.

Cons:

Não tenho do que reclamar, mas uma sugestão a fazer: desobstruir os furinhos dos chuveiros, uma vez que com o tempo eles trancam e sai pouca água.

É mais que um Hotel. É um local acolhedor, onde você é bem tratado.
Pros:

Localização perfeita para os meus interesses. Quarto de tamanho grande, boa cama, mesa com duas cadeiras confortáveis, local das roupas amplo, banheiro excelente, com ótimas toalhas (perfumadas!!), enfim muito bom. O café da manhã melhorou na variedade, pois a qualidade sempre foi e continua excelente. Colaboradores muito atenciosos, prestativos.

Cons:

Sem pontos negativos. Se fosse para citar um, o chuveiro estava vazando pela parte de cima, mas nada que atrapalha-se a ótima ducha.
