Beautiful room had everything we needed and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Great location close to bars and restaurants. Not much to fault apart from the fact we thought it was adults only, however there were kids at the pool so didn’t find it very relaxing to sit there. Part of the reason we booked here was because it was adults only. So a bit confused about that being advertised.

The rooms are perfect for couples. The View .... Amazing!!! A lot of food options as soon as you step out of the lobby. You have to navigate the elevators to get to the pool.

One word to describe this hotel, "wow"! It was such a wonderful experience from the moment we got out of the airport to the moment we left on the bus to the ferry port, all thanks to this beautiful family owned boutique hotel. The airport transfer was quick and pickup was easy. The gentleman who met us at dropoff to help us with our luggage was so sweet and you can see how hard he works. He also helped us bring our luggage to the bus terminal! The staff at reception was super helpful and efficient with all my requests. The room was very clean and perfect. Last but not least, the view! We stayed in rm 201 and the view of the caldera is just breathtaking, especially during sunset. Pictures do not do it justice! If I go back to Santorini, I will be booking this hotel again!

This is a fantastic hotel in Fira with amazing views. We had a Superior Room with an amazing balcony overlooking the caldera and phenomenal sunsets every single night.

My wife and I could not have picked a better hotel for our week in Santorini. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend anyone considering a stay in Santorini to consider Panorama.

If you stay in the Boutique part (not studios) you also get access to V Lounge upstairs for breakfast with another amazing view while eating.

It's easy to get to, there are some elevators, access to a pool (with a bar). Depending on the type of room you have you will have some stairs you need to do (especially if going to the pool which is below), but overall it isn't too bad considering it's Fira.
