Gezellig verblijf met goede voorzieningen (o.a. airco) en een prachtig balkon.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for a 1-week stay. All the staff I met were very friendly and helpful. The location is walkable and well-connected to other areas in the city via public transportation. I enjoyed staying here!
This is not necessarily a downside, but as a note the area is somewhat quiet at night, and shops/ restaurants close earlier than in other neighborhoods of Vienna. I rarely saw other hotel guests. It's a great choice if you're looking for somewhere to relax. I think it would also be kid-friendly, with grocery stores and a beautiful park nearby.
It’s a wonderful place with wonderful people taking care of it. Not far from the city center and away from the usual tourist hype, this Viennese apartment building has real character, with thick walls that keep the rooms pleasantly cool even on the hottest days. I loved the room and the kitchenette which had everything I needed. The old-style furniture adds a homey and cozy vibe. Air conditioning was a lifesaver.
A special thanks to Valerie and Chris for being so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Next time I’m in Vienna, I wouldn’t look anywhere else and stay with you again.
Nous avons séjourné 5 jours à Vienne sans cet appartement grand, propre et bien placé, avec les transports en commun au pied de l'établissement . Je recommande vivement...d'autant plus qu'il y a la climatisation !
Brilliant spot, great A/C, beautiful historic building, staff are so helpful and attuned to if you would like to chat with them vs. hurry on to something. They have laundry. Stay here.

The room had an excellent outlook, plenty of light and space. Owners and staff were super friendly and helpful with excellent English if required. Kitchen and laundry were handy as we were there for a while.
Its a touch noisy with trams and traffic outside but the double glazed windows deal with that if the weather allows although there is air con if required, we didn't need it. We live in a noisy city environment anyway so this didn't worry us. This is a very good hotel with genuine caring owners.
I have really enjoyed my stay in Mondial. The staff was extremely nice, the apartment is very spacious and clean. There is everything that you need in the apartment (microwave, stove, iron, hair dryer, espresso machine, etc). Very good value for money.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff made this a wonderful stay at Mondial. It has the flexibility of an appartment with the added assistance of a hotel. Great location too, with lovely nearby restaurants and only a 30 minute walk to the city centre.
