Un hébergement très bien situé et néanmoins calme, à l’abri du tumulte de Fira, doté d’une vue imprenable sur la terrasse. Nicholas, qui assure l’accueil, est à la fois prévenant, disponible, attentif, discret et très sympathique. Excellente adresse.

Our room had an amazing view of the caldera and an epic sunset with a private pool.

The rooms needs some updating and some love but the location and the service more than make up for it!

Gorgeous view from our room, all other rooms do not have a view. Pictures on line are NOT true they need to be updated.There is no lounge. Furniture is old and broken, breakfast is nice, staff is awesome. Reception is a closet but receptionist is nice. She is only there part of the day but you can call her if you need anything. Very disappointed for the money we paid.

Hotel accidentally threw away my ortho contact lens left on the counter. Cost $550 to replace.

The hotel is in an amazing spot with great view. The room was very neat and clean, and the staff very pleasant and helpful! I recommend it for couples or families, I am sure they will have a great time!

The location is excellent from view point…. ( You have to walk about 300 steps from drop off point - hauling four bags down and up was quite a chore). Master bed room does not have AC, only a standing fan…. Staff was super friendly

Wow where to begin - we decided to splash some cash and go for the grand suite at Lava Suites Lounge at the end of an island hopping tour of the Cyclades and we were definitely not disappointed! The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible. It was the perfect place to relax after a long holiday of boarding ferries and exploring Greek ruins!! The staff were excellent and brought breakfast to our balcony the following day. Highly recommend this amazing hotel!

It’s true you pay for the view. I was really disappointed in the condition of the room, especially considering the amount of money you pay. The pictures for the hot tub suite are very outdated. There are so many small things that could be fixed and would add to the rooms value. Our shower nozzle was broken, you also have to hold the shower nozzle yourself, no hook on the wall. The faucet is really loose and shakes on the sink. The button to flush the toilet doesn’t cover the hole on the top of the toilet. The bedside dresser handle was broken and the material was ruined on top of it. The bed is SO firm it’s not comfortable. The wicker chairs on the patio were broken and missing cushions. The daybed by the hot tub no longer has a cushion so it’s no longer useful as it’s just concrete. The hot tub is barely warm, I was told that wasn’t the hottest it went which is a joke. The one thing I will give credit to is the office staff. I did complain about a few things at check in, they did fix and try to rectify everything they could. The girl in the reception was very nice and polite. I wouldn’t stay here again but again the view was amazing.

Stayed 1 night. Positive - great location on cliffs of Fira, met by manager to help carry bags, great views from pool area (pool not heated, but spa was), very good breakfast delivered to room, room is very big, clean, plenty of towels. Negatives - lack of privacy as curtain doesn't cover the only window properly at front door, no wifi in master bedroom, very noisy aircon & air purifier, faulty toilet cistern (had to pump the button to flush), no table or chairs despite a sml kitchenette and plenty of room for one, only 1 bedside table, no luggage stand so bags lying on floor, shower curtain didnt reach floor so water overflows, shower head at waist level so have to hold with one hand, single beds in living area are foam on concrete base (ok for small children maybe), room is a cave so is musty (very noisy air purifier, had to turn off to sleep). Overall, you have to be realistic about the price in Santorini for the location. We had one of the 'Captains rooms' in the lower level so no view directly from the room. The room is devoid of most of the usual comforts, it felt like 'glamping'. Staff were nice but it's clear this property needs upgrading.

What a spectacular location. We had the two bedrooms suite as we traveled with our young 9 year old. You can enjoy the sunset from the jacuzzi on the upper floor. Panos was a most welcoming and helpful host. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the room, it was unexpected compared to the pictures of the website. Needs more room updates and mainteance. But the staff was very kind.

Viola was amazing. The place was clean and the view and location are absolutely stunning.

The one downside was the man that helps with bags apparently broke his leg the day I arrived so I had to lug my heavy luggage myself (viola helped) which in Santorini is not so easy!!

This property listing is misleading. It’s called lava cave for a reason. Our room was a cave! No windows except the front door, it is built in the side of a mountain and is dank inside. The owners treat the staff poorly. They are all Albanian and barely speak English. They are given 3 days of training and then left alone. The pictures are misleading to say the least. There is no parking lot, no bellman and no instructions on how to find this place! Stay somewhere else!

Would not stay again. Thankfully the staff working at hotel made the experience amazing but transportation and different reservation agency gave false information and sold a view in all rooms when there is none!! No security and no real door to keep people out. Drunk people tried to get into our friends room, no help in sight. Would not recommend
