Reception staff not very attentive. Hot water in bathroom irritatingly inconsistent.

Spacious, comfortable, prime location hotel with friendly, helpful staff
Pros:

We had the "family room" which was two rooms (each with their own bathroom) connected by a living room/kitchen. It was so spacious and wonderful. There were large windows with black out curtains. The staff was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was great for a small fee. We were given to keys which was very convenient.

The location was prime- so many restaurants, massage places, 7-eleven, etc accessible walking distance and many sidewalks.

Laundry was by item in the hotel but the desk informed me of a laundry place a building over that was very inexpensive by weight.

I really appreciated the space and prime location and helpful staff.

Cons:

There were a few minor things like the ac dripped a small amount of water and one ac made a clicking noise sometimes but overall, it was excellent!

Pros:

Excellent location walking to restaurants, shoppings and public transportation. Staffs are kind and helpful.

Cons:

Hotel is aged, room is big but sofa is super small and dent. TV is mini size , bathroom light is very dim, towels are spotty and dirty. I have to buy my own towels. Pillows are too soft maybe using a long time no change.
