Camelot Traditional & Classic Hotel

Magicall experience! The host is the most amazing woman, she made us feel right at home. I highly recommend that all my USA/Texas friends book a few nights here to experience what living in a real medieval castle fills like.

Many hotels in Rhodes are a bus/taxi ride out of the old town. Here, you are in the center of things when you step out the door. The host, Nina, was made to do this. Several of the other guests were repeat travelers who obviiously loved the place.

L’emplacement au sein de la vieille cité est idéal mais ce n’est rien comparé aux charmes de cet établissement calme en vieilles pierres géré par Nina qui est d’une extrême gentillesse.
Je ne poste pas souvent des appréciations mais cet hôtel est parfait

The Camelot is a charming small hotel with just 5 rooms and dating back to the 15th century.
The owner and hostess, Nina was a real star. She was kind and gave lots of tips and history about Camelot. The location was ridiculously good just a few steps from the main square yet very quiet.

In a good location for seeing the old town of Rhodes. Nina was friendly and provided home made marmalade with breakfast.

If you want to experience a very unique property within the old city it is a good choice. Our host was very cute. Do not expect 5 Star but spending a few nights was like going back in time.

The property was beautiful. Mrs. Nina is a wonderful person! She was very helpful and eager to provide the best service. Breakfast was very good. The rooms are quaint and the whole vibe is very authentic to the island. Location was excellent very central to everything in old town.

מיקום מעולה ממש במרכז העיר העתיקה . להשתדל לא להגיע עם מזוודות גדולות יש הליכה בתוך העיר העתיקה וקצת קשה לסחוב . ארוחת בוקר קונטיקטלית ( קפה, לחם/קרואוסון עם ריבות וחמאה ) . פחות מתאים עם ילדים קטנים. מקלחת הייתה צפופה . בעלת הבית מקסימה ועזרה בכל מה שצריך.

We had the most perfect stay at Camelot Traditional and Classic Hotel. It was so convenient. Just a short walk from the Marine Gate taxi rank, close to all the sights, restaurants and shopping, and there was even a small beach just outside the Panayia Gate. Nina was so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Otelin iyi olan tek şeyi konumu galiba. Old town bölgesine çok yakın ve merkezi haricinde kesinlikle tercih edilmemesi gereken bir otel. otelin işletmecisi Nina hanımefendi duygu değişimi fazlaca yaşayan bir kadın. İlk gittiğimizde bizi lobiye alıp konuşmak yerine kapıyı yüzümüze kapatıp dinlemedi bile. Booking üzerinden rezervasyonumuz var diyoruz ama hanımefendiye kendimizi dinletene kadar yarım saatimiz kapıda geçti zahmet edip otele almadı bizi en son Türkiye den ingilizcesi iyi olan bir arkadaşımızı aradık ve Nina hanım onunla konuşunca otelin kapısını açtı bize bu olayı Türkiyenin hiçbir yerinde yaşayamazsınız misafirperverliği berbattı. Otelde su ücretli 3 gece konakladık max 6 su içmişizdir çıkarken su ücretini ödedik ama suratı düştü birden bire kasamda açık çıkıyor dedi vs halbuki odamızda dışarıdan da alıp geldiğimiz su şişeleri vardı muhtemelen onlarıda dolaptan aldığımızı düşündü yinede ayıptır ya 1 tane fazla su içsek ne olacak. Oteli oda kahvaltı tuttuk ama kahvaltı dediği şey 3 adet birer şeker kaşığı ile konmuş reçel, ekmek ve 2 adet kuru pasta bu da tatmin etmedi maalesef. Otelin dış kapı anahtarını ve oda anahtarını ayrı ayrı veriyor otele girince büyük bir avlu karşılıyor sizi ve gece döndüğünüzde zifiri karanlık kesinlikle otel ışıklarını açmadan çıkıp gidiyor otelin arka tarafı ürkütücüydü biz odanın önündeki ışığı açıp öyle yattık ertesi sabah Nina hanımdan azar işittik neden açık bıraktınız diye. 2 kız konakladık ve hiç güvenilir gelmedi. Otel yatağı inanılmaz rahatsız 2 kişilik demiş ancak tek kişilik bence yatakları gece otelde bir şey olsa arayabileceğimiz bir muhatabımız yoktu. Bizi kesinlikle güvende ve konforlu hissettirmedi. Herkes çok beğenmiş oteli ama kimse eksilerinden bahsetmemiş. Tek artısı kesinlikle konumuydu haricinde para verilecek bir otel değil.
