The buffet or set menu, consisting of 1 soup, 1 appetizer, 1 meat or fish dish, and 1 dessert, chosen by the Chef, will be served according to room occupancy.
Please note that our Indoor Water Park is open and you will have 3 hours of use per night. It will be open from October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
Access to certain areas of the Indoor Park, such as the adventure ride and the indoor playground, is only available by reservation and is not included in the daily rate.
The Outdoor Water Park will be open from May 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 and access will be courtesy of our Hotel.

El parque acuático es una maravilla y te lo pasas súper bien, el personal es muy amable
El buffet de cena muy poca variedad solo cambiaba una o dos bandeja cada día el resto todo igual. Las animaciones súper mal no tenía ni zona de espectáculo y muy aburridas. No hay socorrista en la piscina del hotel y las personas se bañan después del cierre porque no hay seguridad que le diga nada
Todo está muy bien: animación, personal, habitaciones…
Es la segunda vez que voy y las zonas comunes han sido reformadas con muy buen gusto y bufet ha mejorado considerablemente.
El acceso al parque acuático, lo que ha hecho que vuelva a elegirlo por lo que disfrutaron mis hijos.

Para alquilar las toallas solo podías usar efectivo, no tarjeta.
Respecto a las bebidas, no había copas de sangría solo jarras, ni tinto de verano. A los españoles nos gusta mucho beber tinto de verano. Esto fue lo peor.

Great facilities and access to the waterpark. Extremely clean and comfortable, and the staff were fantastic! Amazing entertainment - the best live performer we have ever seen!

Hotel perfecto para familias con niños, con todo muy bien adaptado y tener un macro Parque acuático al lado, incluido, ayuda bastante.
En general todo estuvo bien, aunque la cama supletoria del niño podría haber sido mas cómoda.
¡Una experiencia maravillosa! La atención es verdaderamente especial. Mi pareja cumplía años y, al entrar al desayuno, el personal aprovechó un minuto que me quedé a solas para coordinar un pastel de cumpleaños como detalle sorpresa y una mini bebida de alcohol. Además, la limpieza de la habitación y de las zonas comunes fue impecable. Y la cama es muy cómoda👏🏻
El servicio en recepción y de los camareros es de 10/10. Como extras, el hotel cuenta con parking gratuito justo enfrente y la ubicación es perfecta: el parque Aquashow queda a solo un minuto andando y la entrada está incluida. ¡Totalmente recomendado!
En las mañanas (tipo 8:00am) los niños gritaban muchísimo en el corredor y se escuchaban en la habitación. Y por las noches, lo mismo. Se tornaba un poco incómodo

Las camas, almohadas muy incómodas, y la de la niña malísima, acabó durmiendo con nosotros en cama

Muchas hormigas en la habitación tuve que ir al supermercado a comprar fliz en la zona del spa no funcionaba ni las saunas ni el jacuzzi
