Council taxes are not included in the room price.

The buffet or set menu, consisting of 1 soup, 1 appetizer, 1 meat or fish dish, and 1 dessert, chosen by the Chef, will be served according to room occupancy.

Please note that our Indoor Water Park is open and you will have 3 hours of use per night. It will be open from October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.

Access to certain areas of the Indoor Park, such as the adventure ride and the indoor playground, is only available by reservation and is not included in the daily rate.

The Outdoor Water Park will be open from May 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 and access will be courtesy of our Hotel.

Amazing! Such a great week. Hotel was great and waterpark was so cool. A lovely redhaired bartender made super cocktails

Pros:

Que durante toda la estancia tienes acceso al parque acuático. Las piscinas del Hotel, la terraza. Aunque no había mucha variedad la comida estaba muy buena.

Final de semana em família superior às expectativas inicialmente depositadas.
Pros:

Viagem em família e com destino específico determinado - Aqua Show.
A localização do hotel foi determinante na escolha. Contudo, após experiência vivida, dou nota de que, além da localização do hotel, a comodidade e o serviço extraordinariamente satisfatório proporcionado fazem com que o hotel se tenha tornado uma referência a considerar numa próxima viagem com a mesma finalidade e, claro está, suscetível de recomendação a terceiros.

Cons:

Os dois únicos factores que, na minha humilde opinião, merecem atenção por parte da Gerência prendem-se com a hora do check-in in do hotel (16:00 horas) que me parece completamente desajustado e, por conseguinte, muito desconfortável e pela indisponibilidade de qualquer tipo de bebida, muito particularmente água, de apoio no frigobar do quarto.

Ótima experiencia, as crianças amaram e certamente voltaremos.
Pros:

Sempre estamos viajando e conhecendo lugares e hoteis, mais o que se destacou foi o atendimento e simpatia da rececionista SONIA, simplesmente uma colaboradora incrivel que o hotel possui.

Cons:

Não gostamos de ter que pagar tudo no ato da consumação, pois as vezes estavamos sem a carteira com o dinheiro, e tinhamos que subir pra buscar. Penso que o ideal, e colocar tudo no cartao do quarto e pagar no checkout. As bebidas sao pequenas e caras, mais muito boas.

Already can’t wait to come back next year! Brilliant for families and adults and the water park is great fun.
Pros:

Amazing stay with my son and fiancé. The staff were so helpful and the bar staff at the snack bar are very accommodating. Shout out to the animation team who kept the kids entertained every day. Can’t wait to come back.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was brilliant. 10/10.
