Aquashow Park Hotel

We had a pleasure to stay in this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by a delightful interior design of a hotel. Lobby, bar area are modern and tastefully decorated. Service was nice, breakfast bar was nice and fresh with lots of variety. Dinners were tasty, we tried buffet and à la cart, both highly rated. Kids enjoyed indoor Aqua park and it was primary reason we came from Spain as we don’t have this kind of indoor Aqua parks in the area. Overall, great and we would recommend.

We had an excellent experience staying in the the hotel. The cleanliness atmosphere were absolutely perfect. Food and dining also exceeded our expectation. Most importantly the value for price is what stood out for us.

This was amazing! It was so much better than even expected. While one adult stayed with our daughter, the others could visit the adults only area which was so perfect! There were many activities out of the water for kids too. The activities were put on by the very friendly staff. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. The best! The room was just right for us. Everything was clean at the hotel and the indoor water park.

Breakfast deserves a special mention: fresh fruit, good coffee, local pastries, and plenty of choice for both kids and adults. Every morning felt like a good start to the day.

But what really stood out was the staff. From the restaurant team to housekeeping, everyone was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared that we were having a good time. A special thank-you to Ted, who was amazing with the kids — creative, patient, and full of light. From baking sessions to painting and playful moments, he made every child feel seen and included. You rarely meet someone who brings that kind of gentle energy and genuine warmth to their work.

The location is ideal — close to Vilamoura and Quarteira, and just a short drive to beautiful beaches and restaurants.

The best hotel in algarve and portugal i like it so much the people there is very nice and respectful thank you for evrything

So we came here as a family of 5
Kids ages 4 9 & 15
Transfer to hotel was quick
Check in quick we had a connecting room 2 single beds in 1 a double bed and a sofa bed in another.
We went Half board bear in mind we came at the end of season and there was still a great variety at breakfast & dinner.
Kids options- pizza nuggets burger pasta bolognese, all fruits always.
Tea coffe milkshakes water orange apple and mango juice available with breakfast.
Menu in the hotel for lunch was also really good loads of options and not pricey. We spend around 40-60 each day that was obviously drinks lunch snacks through the day before dinner.
Indoor water park- what a hit all 3 of my kids had the best time and the photographer comes around and takes the most perfect photos we bought a few and to be honest the prices were fine.
Outside pool & indoor pool absolutely great seating area close to them and the baby pool / park area also close to the indoor play centre so if you was relaxing at the table you could watch all your children play it was honestly a great little area. We have been to many hotels and we are use to the big massive hotels with loads of grounds around and very hectic but this was an absolute dream it was so relaxing but also all my children had the best time and were never bored.
Cocktails are 10/10 all the food we had was good I can’t complain.
The staff.. well what can I say they really did make our stay and my children loved them I will add some names, these members of staff went above and beyond to ensure my family were happy and enjoying every moment -
Andrea , Cristiano, alexes, Hugo, iuri, Teddy & horacio, Big thank you to all of them for always being so great helpful and fun for my children.
No negatives to write about out family holiday here we will most definitely be back to make more memories.

Have stayed here before, and will definitely come again. it’s a really lovely hotel, fabulous staff, very clean, nice rooms. Breakfast is included in price and there’s a good variety of food and plenty of it.

Tiago at reception is the most rude person I met in hospitality business. He has no clue what is service and how to communicate with clients. Hotel itself is mediocre.

Fantastic place to stay, great staff, food and drink... really clean and the waterpark was fabulous.. Great value with the free entry..

I stayed there for 4 days this week with my family, The hotel its self was very nice and very clean.The staff were lovely and the breakfast food selection was really good aswell. Like with other hotels theres no rush in the morning to get sunbeds, when i went for breakfast at 10 there was so many sunbeds free still. The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were so comfy. We went to the water park every day, it was so clean there and so much to do for all ages.I would really recommend this hotel to everyone (great family friendly hotel) I cant wait to come back!!

I like the hotel but it’s a middle of nowhere location wise is not the best but it’s a nice clean friendly hotel and the staff are excellence.

We love it here. This was our fourth time (2016,2017,2024,2025!).

We can’t fault this place. It’s clean, foods great and staff are super. Their English is so good which makes you feel right at home. We stayed for a week and had plenty of laughs with the staff. They went over and above - the cocktails are unreal 🔥 and the staff made my son about 10 milkshakes and never complained! Thanks so much!

Rooms are great! And housekeeping do a great job - we had our room made up every day bar one with fresh towels.

You can pay a deposit at reception for towels to save you bringing your own! They’re €10 deposit and you get it back when you return them. You can also change them regularly. We were also able to rent iron and board for €10 and got it back also on return of the items.

We can see the improvements made at the hotel since 2016 and honestly, it’s such a great spot. Mini golf is a great addition.

The Waterpark does get busy but it’s an amazing bonus staying at this hotel. You can come and go as you please and we managed to get all the slides and rollercoasters done that we wanted to!

Yes it’s isolated in comparison to Albufeira but we love this! Uber is super cheap in PT and we used it regularly to go to Vilamoura, Vale de Lobo or Quarteira for dinner! And to the beach! There are tons of nice restaurants a short car journey away - we are always spoilt for choice!

We will likely definitely return! Obrigada for another great holiday!
