The buffet or set menu, consisting of 1 soup, 1 appetizer, 1 meat or fish dish, and 1 dessert, chosen by the Chef, will be served according to room occupancy.
Please note that our Indoor Water Park is open and you will have 3 hours of use per night. It will be open from October 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026.
Access to certain areas of the Indoor Park, such as the adventure ride and the indoor playground, is only available by reservation and is not included in the daily rate.
The Outdoor Water Park will be open from May 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 and access will be courtesy of our Hotel.

Conforto do hotel, tem tudo que precisamos, bom pequeno almoço,buffet ao jantar espetacular, os funcionarios muito atenciosos.
Amei tambem o facto de ter o parque aquatico, com o calor que se faz sentir, fez toda diferença. Para alem de ter 2 piscinas no hotel. Foi espetacular.
Gostei de tudo. Comida excelente, a simpatia dos funcionários, a limpeza, o quarto, as piscinas e a animação noturna.
A única coisa que acho que devem melhorar é existir uma entrada direta para o Aquashow. Pensem nisso.
Perfect location to overdose at the waterpark and only a short 25 minute drive from the airport :)
Isolated location from the coastline, shops and restaurants. Only 5km away but very busy main road. Taxi is €15 each way to Vilamora.
I liked the location next to the water park and it’s just a few minutes ride to the marina. Fun activities at the hotel and the staff was exceptional! Very friendly and informative.
Ants in the room and the extra bed for our 11 year old daughter was just a foam mattress on the floor full of small toys ants coming from the varanda . She had to sleep with my wife in her twin bed. Food was not good at all. The rooms and hallways looked tired and used. The hotel needs an update
O facto de estar numa localização privilegiada no que diz respeito ao parque Aquashow
Antipatia da recepção, cheia de sinismo e muito cansaço visivel a olho nu. Deixa a experiencia muito de "consumo" sem grande qualidade ou diferenciação. Felizmente não foram todos os funcionarios, valeram os barman e restaurante que de alguma forma compensavam a falta de simpatia da recepção que é muito fraca. Tambem o fato de ter de ser assumido quase tudo via garantia de dinheiro, poderia ser pensado algo mais pratico e menos dispendioso para com os clientes...que desde as toalhas de piscina a qualquer outra coisa necessária de utilidade temos de dar um valor em dinheiro posteriormente devolvido (caso não percam os papeis todos que se acumulam), muito pouco pratico para a atualidade.
