Excelente servicio y calidad
Pros:

La habitación impecable, tal como lo esperaba de un hotel de esta cadena, el baño excelente. El desayuno estaba rico y lo mejor los postres, ese toque dulce necesario para complementar. Un dato extra es que era la primera vez que visitaba Matsue, elegí la ciudad por una búsqueda en internet, así que después de hacer el check-out pregunté como llegar al castillo y me orientaron de la mejor manera, lo que denota un excelente servicio y la cordialidad de su personal.

Cons:

Tuve que caminar más de 30 minutos para llegar, lo cual para un turista cansado de un viaje largo no es algo muy cómodo, talvez la crítica sea para la reseña de exactamente donde está ubicado.

とても清潔で快適なホテルでした！
ロケーションが少し駅から遠目ですが、その分静かで人が多すぎることもなく、快適でした。
朝はホテルから松江駅までのシャトルバスが出ているので、散策のために利用させていただき、とてもありがたかったです。
大浴場のシャンプー・コンディショナーはKNOLLで、とても髪がツルツルになりました。クレンジングオイルが置いてあったのもありがたかったです。
ドライヤーも風量があるタイプで、毛量のある髪でもすぐ乾かせました。
朝食バイキングも充実しており、日によって違うメニューが楽しめましたし、しじみ味噌汁が抜群に美味しかったです。
また是非利用したいです！

駐車場か車高が高い車は第二駐車場に停めるが、５分歩くので雨の日だったから少し大変だった。

Nous sommes restés quatre nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons grandement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, l'emplacement dans un quartier très agréable, le onsen et une jolie chambre avec une jolie vue sur le plan d'eau. Très reposant séjour. Nous avons été moins satisfaits du petit déjeuner...

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner fut très décevant en comparaison de ceux que nous avons connus par le passé dans d'autres hôtels Route inn. Qualité des produits très basiques... dommage

外部駐車場への案内が分かりにくかった。外部駐車場の出入り口が狭く、左折時に車の左後方をぶつけてしまった。(これはホテルとは関係ないですが⋯後味悪い)
