Pros:

整體的感覺真的很不錯
床軟Q有支撐性好睡 我覺得年紀有的人睡應該是不會腰痠背痛
衛浴設備很乾凈 蓮蓬頭的水壓蠻強的很舒服也不會有異味 乾濕分離
飯店人員都很親切
地點也還行 離駁二近
算起來CP值高

Cons:

缺點是停車場在對面地下一樓 蚊子很多（夏天會更多） 需要準被防蚊的東西 蚊子會跟人一起上車
然後空調聲音偏大聲 對於淺眠的人來說影響比較大 不知道別的房間會不會也是

Pros:

早餐非常的棒,7F商務中心的劉小姐常非熱心專業地,替遊客介紹高雄各景點與推薦的用餐地點,還有當時在八樓整理房間的房務美女與帥哥,也很熱情替我解決問題,

Cons:

1.希望櫃檯在介紹飯店設施或者飲用水問題,可以再詳細一點,最好有一套流程出來,避免忽略該告知而沒被告知的事項
2.櫃檯有訊問是否要加錢升等,本人拒絕之後又被告知升等體驗,這種感受有點不大好,房間窗戶旁邊就是抽風設備,確實有點無法入眠

七樓的設施令人喜歡，而且還有啤酒暢飲，劉圓圓小姐服務周到
房型寬敞舒適
進房間時，房務吸塵器遺留在房內，飯店人員回收後，還送上土產以示抱歉，應對措施得宜
晚上睡覺前發現電燈壞掉，反應後馬上有工務人員處理，效率高

Cons:

淋浴間乾濕分離的門無法緊閉
七樓Happy hour時間，只有一位服務人員，雖該人員熱情又有耐心，但真心覺得只有一個人真的不太足夠

只有離捷運站比較近。
Cons:

第一次住飯店遇到房卡不能開門，下樓跟櫃台人員反應後又換了一次房卡上樓還是不能進房，打電話至樓下櫃台人員反應到人員出現大約有10分鐘，飯店人員到場時手上應該有10幾張房卡一張一張試，試到房門打開也浪費不少時間，後續還會怕外出回到飯店後房門打不開的狀況。
浴室沒有乾濕分離，沒對外窗戶。
