七樓的設施令人喜歡，而且還有啤酒暢飲，劉圓圓小姐服務周到
房型寬敞舒適
進房間時，房務吸塵器遺留在房內，飯店人員回收後，還送上土產以示抱歉，應對措施得宜
晚上睡覺前發現電燈壞掉，反應後馬上有工務人員處理，效率高

淋浴間乾濕分離的門無法緊閉
七樓Happy hour時間，只有一位服務人員，雖該人員熱情又有耐心，但真心覺得只有一個人真的不太足夠

只有離捷運站比較近。
Cons:

第一次住飯店遇到房卡不能開門，下樓跟櫃台人員反應後又換了一次房卡上樓還是不能進房，打電話至樓下櫃台人員反應到人員出現大約有10分鐘，飯店人員到場時手上應該有10幾張房卡一張一張試，試到房門打開也浪費不少時間，後續還會怕外出回到飯店後房門打不開的狀況。
浴室沒有乾濕分離，沒對外窗戶。

非常滿足的住宿經驗！
Pros:

地點位置非常好，捷運站出來走路只需要2-3分鐘即可抵達，飯店的服務人員都非常專業親切，入住流程很順暢，退房後也可以讓我們再寄放行李，整體的體驗相當棒。

Cons:

check-in之後被告知房間還在確認整理中，當時已經是15:45，說再等10分鐘再進房，這點會有些疑惑，不是15:00即可入住嗎？被拖延到一些時間會擔心後續行程被影響；另外房內插座偏少，雖然有USB的插座，但現在比較需要的應是TYPE-C，或是一般插座(雙床房只有一邊床頭跟書桌有插座)，較為不方便。
