Pros:

員工都很親切、熱誠
三樓吃飯時看到員工逐桌整理、更新調味罐，這麼細微工作有落實，讓人很安心。

Cons:

1.剛入住房間是1010號房，霉味很重，有反應，經過堅持才幫忙換房間。
2.棉被感覺有濕氣，不舒服。
3.淋浴間屋頂竟然會漏水一直滴下來，有向櫃檯反應。

房間蠻大的，床也很好睡，服務人員都非常親切
Pros:

早餐選項不多，生菜沙拉種類有點少，但可以早餐就可以吃到港點很酷! 鳳爪、奶皇包、腸粉、叉燒、鮮蝦餃等都很不錯，還有推車的甜點(芋頭西米露)、菊花普洱茶都很棒，豆漿居然有區分無糖跟有糖的選項也很貼心!

生菜沙拉種類有點少，就只有一盆綜合的沙拉，但還是好吃的

Excellent location, very close to MRT station and some tourist spots. Breakfast is good though with much more choices on Chinese food.

Cons:

Please take away those 'reusable' slippers in the room. They look awful and guess no one would wear due to hygiene issues.

小點心的備品種類多，還有專屬的空間提供旅客交誼，飯店離捷運站不遠，還有港式早餐也很特別，很棒的住宿環境，值得再來呢❤️

初めての高雄旅で地理もわからないまま予約したが、食べたいお店が近くにたくさんあり、結果的に立地が最高で、スタッフの皆様もとても親切でお部屋も綺麗で素晴らしかったです。
