Lovely airport hotel!
Pros:

Proximity to airport! Free transportation. Pretty grounds.

Pros:

El servicio de desayuno es bastante completo y el restaurante, al aire libre, muy agradable. El servicio de Shuttle desde el aeropuerto es práctico de acordar con simple mensaje o llamada de Whatsapp.

Cons:

Estuve hace unos años y no se ha invertido en el mantenimiento de las habitaciones. se ven envejecidas, con cosas rotas, ... no parece que te encuentres en un hotel de 4 estrellas. ES decir, la habitación no se siente confortable.

It’s a decent hotel that seems to be heading in a downward trend from 1st stay .The buffet breakfast which was included

The property is very close to the airport and is a good location in Rio Negro .To visit Medellin proper you will need to take a 1/2 drive in good traffic and double that for congested traffic .If you are visiting Medellin proper,I suggest you stay in Medellin proper.
The hotel is clean,modern and has good facilities like restaurant and bar .Easy access

Cons:

No free bottled water in the room ! Most travellers expect at least a few bottles of free water upon entering your room .I had to pay 21,000 pesos about 8.00usa for 2 bottles of water .The last time I stayed in this hotel there was 2 complimentary bottles for each day .I also did not appreciate the taking away of the used towels in the bathroom when the room was cleaned .

Overall we were quite disappointed with our stay.
Pros:

The staff (reception, room service, and tv repair) were terrific. Also great was the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

Cons:

The cost of food and alcohol was very high. The rooms are very outdated and some of them smell of mold. The tv’s in two of the rooms were not operating properly. The first room we were assigned smelled of mold and the tv didn’t work. We were assigned a different room but once again we needed a technician to come a set up the tv. And lastly, we had no hot water for our shower at 4:00am the morning of our departure.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Good hotel with good restaurant and great pool and faciliteis. Spacious rooms. But for the price you can also expect all of this.
Comfortable airport transfer by mini-van. Even having a nice coffee and cookies in lobby.

Cons:

All was OK but for the price they charge you may also expect all of this as a minimum.

Good airport hotel
Pros:

Good hotel, very close to the airport with a shuttle every 30 minutes. They also offered a free ice cream, which was a nice bonus. The staff is friendly and the rooms are fine.

Cons:

They should include 2 free bottles of water for each room. The wi-fi wasn't the best. They should also add the option of an express breakfast since it's an airport hotel and some people leave very early.
