Se nos ofreció una mejora de habitación, sin embargo, la habitación asignada era idéntica en tamaño a las estándar. Algunas áreas del hotel, incluidas las habitaciones, podrían beneficiarse de una mejora en la limpieza. Es importante señalar que la conexión Wi-Fi no funcionaba en el segundo piso, específicamente en la habitación que ocupamos.

Too deteriorated
Pros:

This is a tradicional y good hotel. The location si s very good for access to the Rionegro airport. The breakfast is top notch.

Cons:

The hotel is very poorly maintained. Used to visit around 2018… now it is very deteriorated. This added to what a night costs makes it non viable.

Pros:

La piscina , el spa y el agua caliente , el desayuno y que nos dieron 1.30 + para salir sin penalidad

Cons:

Siento que es mucha fama , servicio lento en el restaurante + de 30 minutos para unas salchipapas , restos de comida en la habitación , jaboneras vacías, cortinas sucias… la ropa de cama desgastada , las almohadas tripudas h las habitaciones llenas de huecos y desperfectos ya es un hotel muy viejo

Pros:

Todo en general como siempre excelente, lo que mas me gusto fue la atención demasiado buena.

Cons:

lo que no me gusto esta vez fue, en el cuarto había olor a humedad, por otro lado la presión del agua de la ducha era demasiado bajita, y la piscina en esta ocasión estaba muy fria poco climatizada.

El cuarto presentaba un fuerte olor a humedad y evidenciaba falta de atención en los detalles básicos. Por ejemplo, solo había una toalla disponible y el dispensador de shampoo estaba incompleto, entre otros aspectos que reflejan un nivel de servicio insuficiente.

Adicionalmente, la calidad del wifi del hotel es muy deficiente, lo que dificulta su uso para actividades básicas.

En cuanto al desayuno, la experiencia resulta caótica. Es complicado encontrar una mesa disponible y los servicios suelen presentar demoras constantes, desde conseguir un vaso o servirse café hasta encontrar una mesa adecuadamente dispuesta.
