Уволить уборщицу , чтоб не позорила отель .

Great stay, definitely go back, really quiet as it was the end of the season and great value for money
Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms, great food and service and spa was exceptionally clean and we were slightly off season so we had it to ourselves!

Precioso y acogedor
Pros:

El interior del hotel és precioso, sobretodo la recepción, bar, restaurante... El desayuno es muy bueno y completo, en el precioso salón del restaurante con vistas a la montaña, nevado. El personal es muy agradable siempre que vamos.
