M’ha agradat tot, del hotel Bona decoración , els estáis tots molt agradables i molt net , la situació , el personal super amable i educat. el menjar bonissim i a més amb molta abundancia. En el bany, tots els productos bonissims , gel ,xampu, acondicionador i llet hidratant. Tornaren segur i el recomanarem 😍
Nomes és un comentario contructiu. A la bandera del cuarto de baby la mampara és molt estrena i equitxa a fora Aigua.

What worked well...
The hotel’s quiet mountain setting will undoubtedly appeal to guests visiting primarily for skiing or wishing to stay away from busier areas. The Wi-Fi was consistently fast and reliable throughout our stay—one aspect of the hotel that performed entirely as promised.
Not a four-star experience
Our stay missed expectations. Just before Andorra, we stayed at a five-star in Barcelona; per room, the price difference was modest, the quality difference was not.
Children under 16 can use the pool only early in the morning—perfect if swimming before breakfast is a family tradition. Good for skiers, the hotel is isolated otherwise. The unstated garage height adds suspense for taller vehicles.
The beds were far too soft. The toilet seat was loose but proudly wore a “sanitised” ribbon. The radiator was rusty, with no knob and a pointed spindle exposed. The shower glass and window were cracked, and the shower seals had mould marks. Apparently, the ribbon received more attention than the room.
The food was extremely salty. Empty tables were visible, yet guests could not choose where to sit. Restaurant staff spoke little English, and I was nearly knocked over while carrying two plates. Reception was polite but unhelpful. The Wi-Fi, at least, was excellent.
L'emplacement est parfait au calme et à proximité des départs de randonnées. L'accueil est détendu et le personnel très accommodant.Le petit-déjeuner suffisamment diversifié et copieux. Bon spa.
Le restaurant est sympa, service jusqu'à 22h et pas besoin d'y réserver, mais un peu de précipitation à servir...la qualité des plats pourrait être encore amélioré. Ce serait parfait.
Gran desayuno variado, cama muy cómoda, baño limpio y grande. Ventana a la cascada de agua, perfecto sonido ambiente y entorno muy tranquill. Buen trato del personal
Calor en la habitación, calefacción seguramente central. Si abrias la ventana te entraban mosquitos del tamaño de un dinosaurio. 😂
The spa was amazing and the breakfast was lovely too. We booked a room with a view which was gorgeous. Comfortable clean rooms and lovely staff.
