Velké teplo a nemožnost vyvětrat. Klimatizace nelze nastavit na vychlazení, bylo pořád stejně teplo.

Vybavení pokojů dobré, čisté příjemné prostředí, snídaně i večeře luxusní, zábavní park fantastický, děti byly naprosto nadšené.

Personál. Neochotní pomocí či řešit náhle vzniklé problémy, byť to bylo způsobeno jimi.

Muss man gesehen und erlebt haben
Pros:

Der Aquapark und der Funpark sind wirklich toll und sehr empfehlenswert. Für Kinder gibt es viel zu entdecken, sodass keine Langeweile aufkommt und für jeden etwas dabei ist.
Auch das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und insgesamt sehr gut. Die Menschen vor Ort waren freundlich und die Atmosphäre angenehm, auch wenn manche Mitarbeiter etwas zu ernst wirkten.
Besonders empfehlen können wir das Katzen-Café – meine Tochter war begeistert, alles war lecker und sehr sauber. Auch der Dinopark im Einkaufszentrum ist absolut sehenswert.
Ebenso ist iQLANDIA sehr empfehlenswert: Es ist spannend, interaktiv und besonders für Schulklassen sehr lehrreich.
Wer Kindern einen schönen Urlaub geben will, ist hier genau richtig. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder .
Pros:

Es war sauber und ordentlich auch die ganzen Spiel und Tobeanlagen waren gepflegt und sauber .

Das Essen in allen Restaurants war lecker . Frühstück war gut aber etwas langweilig zu wenig Obst und Gemüse

Cons:

Das Personal war etwas verschlossen, sehr ernst geschaut und ehr gelangweilt 🤣. Die Reinigungskräfte haben wir als sehr freundlich empfunden .

Byli jsme jen 3 noc,i nestihlo se vše. Pro děti ideální místo pro zábavu, určitě se vrátíme. Super je bar naproti dětskému koutku, kde si mohou rodiče chvíli oddechnout u kávy 🍹a nemusí se bát že se jim dítko někam zatoulá ❤️
