La cultura ante todo.

Buen día, me encanta siempre la comodidad q ofrece este hotel, la amabilidad del personal, muy buen desayuno. La decoración del lugar. Mil felicitaciones.

No tiene nada q ver con el hotel, sino con las personas q le visitan estabamos en el piso15 había una pelea de pareja en horas de la madrugada, lo cual fue muy incómodo porq dañaron el descanso de los q estábamos ahí. Lo otro en el desayuno las personas deben ser consientes q lo q van a servir se lo van a comer, porq desperdiciar.

La persona de la recepción quería cobrarme por dejarme entrar una amiga a la terraza para almorzar pero luego al otro dia otra persona de la recepción me dijo que no tenia que pagar nada, que solo por estar hospedada podía estar con mi amiga en la piscina y consumir en el bar. Quisieron cobrarme de más cuando si la persona invitada consume, ella puede entrar gratis.

Buenas y cómodas habitaciones. Tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía. Es amigable con las mascotas.

Cons:

La habitación que me asignaron tenía una abertura que permitía filtrar el ruido de la calle. No dejó descansar bien. No obstante, me la cambiaron y estuvo perfecta.
