Excellent service and great breakfast
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for a week.
Breakfast was varied and abundant.
Room was comfortable ,with some traffic noise.I changed on the second day to an inner courtyard room and it was fine.
Service was very good, with a special mention to Sr Sebastian Dominguez on the front desk.He helped us out with sightseeing recommendations and best places to salsa in Cali.Nothing was too much trouble for him.Thank you.

Pros:

El desayuno muy rico ! El personal super amable y muy bien localizado el hotel para lo que tenía que hacer en mi visita.

Cons:

Fue imposible bajar la intensidad del aire acondicionado en mi habitación, demasiado frío para mi.

Memorable experience!
Pros:

Beautiful location, clean rooms , friendly staff and facilities, with.a Wonderful view of the city , and a top security system that allows only the guest to operate the facilities elevators and doors with the room key card. Was worth every penny and Will repeat stay for sure, worth every penny!
