Pros:

Fantastisk personal och frukost. Därför jag alltid väljer er, känns verkligen som att personalen bryr sig och har en otrolig service känsla. Sist jag bodde där så fungerade inte min tv. Då kom personalen upp och bar mina väskor till det nya rummet och kontrollerade att tv fungerade. Det enda negativa va att det va väldigt svårt att komma i kontakt med receptionen via tel.

Cons:

Dåligt med svar via telefon från rummet. Ringde under 2 timmars tid utan att få svar.

Pros:

ok stay overall for business users quick convinent and pretty comfortable room and good breakfast .

Cons:

There was a fuse short somewhere in the room that cut electrity for my room on both the evenings of my stay . technicians had to be called on both days and i had to wait for long to be fixed . Also when i was trying to call reception from my room to report the problem nobody was picking up and when i showed up at the reception they said "sorry we are busy with some important matters ."

Pros:

Fanastiskt läge och fint hotell. Fräscha stora rum med jättesköna sängar! Storr fint badrum med Rituals produkter. Pannkakorna på frukosten 10/10. Jättetrevlig pool på taket som är uppvärmd

Cons:

Frukosten har tappat det senaste åren. Inte samma kvalite. Vanlig liksom som alla andra hotell.
Fick inga badtofflor utan bara morgonrock till spa. Tofflor kostade 60 SEK extra. Ingen personal i baren vid takpoolen.

Flott beliggenhet, god service, men små og varme rom.
Pros:

God beliggenhet. Hyggelig betjening . Flott og ærverdig hotell. God frokost.

Cons:

Små rom. Varmt om natten. Flott bar ute på verandaen foran hotellet, men dårlig utvalg av drikke. I denne kule baren burde det vært gjort en oppgradering på både drinkekart og bartendere.
