Children aged 3 to 14 years are welcome to the pool, under the supervision of an adult, from 10:00 to 11:30 and from 14:00 to 15:30. From January 1st 2025, the access will change to be from 07:00 to 10:00 daily.
Children aged 16 years and below are not allowed to use the gym, hammam, sauna and jacuzzi at any time. Please note that treatments are available for guests aged 18 years and older.
The gym area, including a yoga and pilates studio, is open daily from 06:30 until 22:30. Also, a team of personal trainers is available to assist you.
The Conservatorium Hotel is a cashless property and only accepts digital payments.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A stunning hotel in so many levels. The architecture is fascinating. The rooms are unique. The spa is out of this world. Whilst having all the creature comforts an luxuries you’d want to get in a beautiful hotel, you still feel like a local in Amsterdam staying there. Do not miss!
Our assigned room was a sitting area with a loft for the bedroom. Stairs are steep. We requested a different room and the front desk staff accommodated us with an upgrade to a single floor unit. The upgrade meet our expectations.

La seule chose que j’ai aimé c’est le bâtiment et la chambre.
• Transport aéroport annoncé comme inclus sur Booking, finalement non confirmé par l’établissement
• Temps de réponse très longs via Booking, redirection vers une conciergerie externe (peu cohérent pour un 5 étoiles)
• Erreur de facturation à l’arrivée : double encaissement sur une facture de 1042 euros, nécessité de redescendre pour correction
• Intervention en chambre intrusive : effets personnels jetés par erreur (objet sentimental), avec une incapacité totale à gérer la situation et un manque de considération particulièrement désagréable
• Réapparition inexpliquée de l’objet durant la nuit, laissant penser que du personnel s’est introduit dans la chambre pendant notre sommeil, ce qui est extrêmement grave
• Aucune prise en compte ni geste commercial malgré l’incident
• Facturation peu claire (minibar élevé sans détail initial)
• Globalement : service et prise en charge très en dessous du standing attendu pour un hôtel 5 étoiles au prix payé
My deepest gratitude to the entire team at the Mandarin Oriental Conservatory Hotel for delivering an experience that transcends five-star excellence. From the warm, intuitive care of the front desk to the artistry and precision of the kitchen, every detail was handled with grace and mastery. The concierge team anticipated every need with effortless sophistication, while the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine pride and passion that is increasingly rare. This was not simply hospitality—it was a beautiful orchestration of comfort, elegance, and humanity. I leave with profound appreciation and admiration for a team that turns a stay into a lasting memory.
The hotel is impeccable in every detail, but I don’t recommend the duplex room. It’s small and not very cozy.

Slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding qua kamers , zeker niet slecht maar voor die prijs mag het nog wel wat beter. Ontbijt was zeer matig . Ook eten in Taiko viel erg tegen dit keer.
We are huge fans of MO hotels, and were really looking forward to our stay here but ended up cutting our stay short and checking into another hotel.
We had 4 rooms in total booked and in less than 24 hours the ac didn’t work, the safe didn’t work, the coffee machine didn’t work, the hand rail came detached from the wall, and this was just one room. These seem like minor issues but every time you waste your own time calling up and trying to get it fixed it really ends up eating into your time.
All 4 breakfasts came out of the kitchen wrong.
Let’s not mention the toilet where you have to sit facing a full length mirror.
You struggle to get a seat in the lobby lounge as it’s full of external guests. The breakfast menu is lacking in poffertjes and any Dutch specialties.
The bathrooms are supplied with miniature toiletries that went out of fashion many years ago, where are the big refillable bottles from brands like Diptyque etc much better for the environment.
The staff you pass in the hallways don’t say hi or acknowledge you.
We ate at Taiko and our meal was excellent. It’s a lovely building with an interesting history.
The hotel was amazing in terms of facilities and location. The staff was very helpful but did have some issues in recording. But managed to do some.
Didn’t manage to explore spa due to issues with me recording.

Staff did a good job, valet parking on the property, spacious rooms with all facilities. Very pretty interior and excellent location.
Ontbijt echt ondermaats, niet genoeg plaats voor hotelgasten, aanbod veel te klein en ontbijtbuffet werd niet tijdig aangevuld. Half uur moeten wachten op 3 eitjes sunny side up en koffie en thee. En dat allemaal voor 52 euro per persoon.
