Important information:

Children aged 3 to 14 years are welcome to the pool, under the supervision of an adult, from 10:00 to 11:30 and from 14:00 to 15:30. From January 1st 2025, the access will change to be from 07:00 to 10:00 daily.

Children aged 16 years and below are not allowed to use the gym, hammam, sauna and jacuzzi at any time. Please note that treatments are available for guests aged 18 years and older.

The gym area, including a yoga and pilates studio, is open daily from 06:30 until 22:30. Also, a team of personal trainers is available to assist you.

The Conservatorium Hotel is a cashless property and only accepts digital payments.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great stay. Just need some small attention to details.

Cons:

Tv’s in the room not working properly. No YouTube services. Stairs to the bedroom are kind of sharp, not able to use bear feet. Elevator doorpass activator doesn’t work properly, takes a few times to activate. Bathroom door doesn’t close properly, water on bathroom floor when showering.

Beautiful hotel on great location, average service, inflexible friendly staff, expensive
Pros:

location, interieur style, kairus restaurant

Cons:

reception did not know that breakfast lasted to 12.00 hrs; we were charged for 3 rooms (hotel blamed Booking.com and told us to write to Booking.com which we did). No assistance in dealing with this rather stupid matter and no way of canceling the 3rd room (regardless of whose fault it was).
