GHL Relax Hotel Sunrise

I liked the fact that it is located in an area that there's immediate access to the besch and pool. What I disliked is that the furniture in the rooms need to be upgraded, they were not up to standard. The safe deposit box was rusty and did not close, so I was unable to make used of it. The telephone was not working, and the water from taking a shower ran out to the bathroom floor. They do not have/carry washcloths (had to purchased my own). The lobby is beautiful and the entire staff are cordial and very helpful!

The hotel was good, just I have to say the wifi doesn't is enoght to the room only in the lobby, so I mean You have to go lobby all the tima for get some reception wifi

The balconies and bathroom are terrible, room 641 the tile are broken and the room are totally outdated, the pool and the pier are destroyed, there is no bathroom outside very inconvenience , is a beautiful property but its needs a lot maintenance and care, is a shame

I stayed at Sunrise Hotel for just one night and left immediately due to the terrible conditions. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, and the pictures on Expedia are highly misleading. There is no jacuzzi as advertised in the photos. The room was old with terrible humidity, and the bathroom water didn’t work initially. Later, the entire room started smelling like a sewer in the morning, with no clear source of the smell. The balcony door was so rusty and old that it couldn’t even be opened.

The air conditioning is not adjustable in the room—you have to call the front desk to make it less cold. The TV didn’t work either. The worst part was the check-in process. Despite claiming check-in is at 3 PM, the reality is they provide the room anytime between 3 PM and 5:30 PM without prior notice. If they give you the room at 5:30 PM, shouldn’t you pay less? Check-out, however, is strictly at 12 PM. It’s unacceptable that they take no responsibility for this delay while expecting guests to adhere strictly to check-out times.

I stayed here back in 2015 and thought it might have improved, but it remains exactly the same. Beware of the pictures—they do not reflect reality. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

This shabby wannabe resort hotel is kept in horrible condition. Cracks in the floor concrete, cracks in the walls, a gym that looks like a dark prison gym with machines from 30+ years

THE LOBBY SMELL VERY BAD. LOOK LIKE THE SEWER HAS PROBLEM

My second time staying there. I was aware it was 3 star ahead of time. I chose this hotel because of its location and amenities. It has a great view, boat dock, and gym. The room quality is the downside.

This property is horrendous. Not maintained, old, rusty, smelly, horrible beds, dirty, dripping. Horrendous food. Only good thing, reception service. It is also kind of the standard in the island.

You can’t expect too much because you’re on the island but for the value, it’s a great price. The air conditioner could not get the room cold enough and it was hot. The whole time the view is beautiful and the staff was great. It’s just an old Hotel my tile was broken in the shower and Online it shows bathtub. They don’t have bathtubs if you’re on a budget. It’s a great place to stay.

No hot and pressure water. No wifi on the rooms . Bad customer sevices at the front desk . Very uncomfortable.
