Caro para lo recibido
Pros:

La zona de piscina y la amplitud de las habitaciones

Cons:

La atención es muy mala. El personal no te responde o te deja esperando (si estuviera ocupada o con otras personas, se entiende) pero hablaban entre los compañeros y no daban prioridad al huésped.
Además se nota que le falta mantenimiento y mejorar la comunicación interna….

El espacio muy cómodo y buena atención

Cons:

La seguridad, en la habitación que estábamos, ingresaron a realizar aseo y se nos perdió una bolsa de pañales de bebé para nadar y el anillo en oro de compromiso de mi esposa que se guardó en una maleta.

Mala atención del personal

Las instalaciones son buenas

Cons:

Algún personal de recepción es bastante regular había solicitado hacer late check y deje todo listo, al otro día, me indicaron q no, q ya no había, y q el supervisor no estaba, no hay internet, no hay nevera en la habitación… características que promocionan.. he ido varias veces pero esta ocasión me fue muy regular!

Muy caro para lo que ofrece, le falta mantenimiento.
Pros:

La ubicación es buena. El desayuno era bueno y la piscina era amplia. Hicieron un stand con fruta y snacks para los que íbamos a la carrera.

Cons:

El hotel está venido a menos, le hace falta mucho mantenimiento, las cañerías se tapaban, el aire acondicionado sonaba durísimo y botaba mucha agua mientras no funcionaba. El aseo que hacían a la habitación era muy mediocre, no dejaban siempre toallas limpias y no hacían caso a los pedidos que hacíamos de cosas básicas como: déjame dos toallas porque somos dos huéspedes, dejaban solo una.
