Otrolig mat, trevlig personal och härlig atmosfär.
Pros:

Väldigt god frukost med mycket att välja på, trevlig och service inriktad personal, bra läge, fint och rymligt rum och otroligt god mat i restaurangen till middag.

Cons:

Frukosten var en enorm besvikelse! Ingen färskpressad juice, deras ”ingefärashot” var ett skämt och smakade bara blaskigt koncentrat. Äckligt maskinkaffe och fruktansvärd äggröra! Generellt var det mesta ganska sunkigt och kändes som det stått framme för länge. Förvånas verkligen över kvaliten på frukosten för att vara ett 4-stjärnigt hotell. Har fått betydligt bättre frukost på 3-stjärniga hotell.

Mukava ja ystävällinen majoittuminen kauniissa Uppsalassa
Pros:

Leipävalikoima aamiaisella oli erinomainen ja illallinen todella herkullinen. Huoneen luovutuksen pieni viivästäminen onnistui sekin ongelmitta. Sijainti oli omiin tarkoituksiini täydellinen - liikuin junalla ja kohteeni oli kongressitalo muutaman sadan metrin päässä.

Cons:

Erikoiskahveja ei aamiaisella automaatista saanut, Capuccinoa olisin kaivannut. Ruuhka-aikaan aamiaisella linjasto hieman ruuhkautuu, kun kapeassa käytävässä asiakkaat menevät eri suuntiin. En sitten tiedä, pystyykö sitä mitenkään muuten oikein järjestämäänkään. Aamiaismehua sai vain yhdestä pisteestä, joten se jonkin verran keräsi jonoa. Ollakseen noinkin uusi hotelli yllättävän paljon käytävän äänet kuuluivat huoneeseeni ja hieman myös seinien läpikin. Vieressä oleva juna-asema ei kuulunut ollenkaan. Varmaankin rakenteellinen kysymys ja tuskin sille mitään voi tehdäkään.
