I need a refund
Pros:

I learnt I didn’t book for breakfast

Cons:

I checked in 12:21 am in the 6th of September but made me paid for 5th September. Secondly I said I want the sea view they gave city view

Potentially a great hotel but the sound travelling between rooms is totally unacceptable
Pros:

The room was very well appointed and the bathroom was particularly sophisticated in its design. The view of the river was stunning.

Cons:

The sound insulation between rooms is the worst of any hotel we have stayed in. It is obviously a consistent issue for guests because, when we complained, the staff show no surprise and immediately offer you ear plugs. Totally unacceptable for this hotel brand and the room rate.

Pros:

Сделали бесплатный апгрейд до номера по больше. Красивый вид. Красивый номер. Очень хороший спортзал. Ресторан на 100м этаже

Cons:

Ремонт на некоторых этажах, который было слышно в номере. Но больше всего не понравилось, что с 1го по 70й этаж поднимается большое количество людей, которые не живут в отеле. Эти люди просто поднимаются посидеть в лобби и пофотографироваться, тем самым приходится тесниться в лифте такое долгое время, я считаю что если отель предоставляет такую возможность, то для жильцов отеля нужно делать отдельный лифт - их там 4, и такая возможность есть.. Потому что некоторые посетители, которые пришли пофотграфироваться, ведут себя не очень воспитанно и с ними не очень комфортно ехать в лифте. Прошу администрацию обратить внимание на данный комментарий
