Magnificent hotel with luxurious amenities.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful property. Stunning atrium / reception and rooms well appointed. Magnificent view overlooking Canton Tower, city and river.
Rooms were large, clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Great location

Cons:

My room had issue with A/C I barely slept the first night, they came to fix and still was hot, so they had to come for second time! I also had an issue with toilet not flushing and same issue they had to come twice to fix. Room cleaning was very bad, I had to complain a few times. Overall not satisfied with the hotel.

I like this hotel very much .it s one of the best hotels in Guangzhou cause has the city view of Guangzhou near Canton tower.you feel yourself like you fly on the sky cause of the amazing view .i recommend this hotel for people looking for the luxurious and nice views and delicious international restaurant,clean,friendly staff.even very comfortable. also there is a machine for exchange money from bank of china.you don’t need to go out side to exchange money.i would like to thanks all staff especially jenny in the reception
