Do not stay here.
I had a booking that was cancelled on the day of arrival, due to ‘renovations’.
They said I had to request a refund, despite them cancelling, via the company you booked it.
I booked directly with them, no cancellation option on the website. Called them, guy on the phone said he wasn’t management and couldn’t help. Sent numerous emails, no replies.
Ended up going to the hotel while I was in Amsterdam, half the hotel was closed due to Asbestos! Explained situation to a really nice guy at the front desk, and it took me nearly an hour just to them to send an email saying they would refund me.
Refund hasn’t been actioned and still waiting for over €700 to come back to me.
Cowboys the lot of them. We stayed at St Christopher’s Inn instead and it was great
The location was excellent, near train station and very central with every thing needed walking distance. Bedding at least was clean
Reported a non flushing toilet on private bathroom to reception as soon as we arrived, They said use shared bathroom down the corridor. In 4 days stay no one came to repair. Stairs are very steep , but the danger was building materials and bass of laundry left on corridor. To make matters worse workmen would start making noise at 8am. When we went out of hotel , they were removing asbestos. The hotel should have closed while this was being done

Posizione ottima per rimanere in centro ,ma camera da non riprendere ,matrimoniale con bagno personale .
Bagno piccolissimo con lavandino esterno vicino la porta ,niente luce in bagno ,scomodità nel raggiungere la camera ,oltre alle numerose scale (cosa comune ad amsterdam) c'era una grande cabina posizionata nella scala da cui dovevamo scavalcare per arrivare alla nostra stanza !

La salle de bain était inutilisable, inondé, dû à une fuite de l’évier, la chambre difficilement accessible du à du matériel, de maintenance dans le couloir et à des travaux gênant et bruyant.

Amazing location and able to walk to all the hot spots in Amsterdam. Also a 10 minute walk to the airport train station which was nice when arriving and leaving
Heater did not work and shower barely worked but other than that very comfortable and what we expected for price.
On Dam square, right in the center of everything
Extremely small rooms, with just beds. NOTHING else. Also, walls are made of thin material, you could literally hear every person living next room.
