las piscinas no estan en funcionamiento
el dia que fui no habia servicio de luz ni de agua ni internet las piscinas no funcionaban concluion pesima experiencia
No pudimos alojarnos , contábamos con una reserva y cuando llegamos no nos pudieron atender , no tenían servicio de luz , de internet y de piscina
El personal muy amable , las instalaciones y las habitaciones muy buenas.
La calidad de la comida puede mejorar muchísimo.
Las camas de la habitación fueron muy cómodas, cuenta con balcón con vista a los árboles y naturaleza. Están renovando algunas zonas del hotel, el sauna y turco ya fueron renovados con espacios más amplios y agradables.
El desayuno incluido es variado y con un horario amplio de atención. El hotel se encuentra en zona céntrica sobre vía principal con lugares cercanos para compra de víveres y restaurantes.
Para el precio hace falta contar con estación de café, puntos de hidratación y hielo en lobby y otras áreas como el sauna y turco sin cargo.
En las habitaciones faltan amenidades como secador de pelo, plancha y cafetera.
Acogedor y perfecto para el descanso ; en cuanto a la habitación muy confortable. Muy buen restaurante
