Aunque hicimos el checking tarde (después de las 3:30pm) las dos habitaciones que habíamos reservado no estaba listas y tampoco nos dieron habitaciones contiguas. Mi familia somos 4: mi esposa y mis dos hijos y me hubiese mucho poder haber reservado una sola habitación para los 4 y no hubiésemos tenido el problema de las habitaciones contiguas, pero el sistema deja máximo alojar 3 adultos por habitación. Mi sugerencia es que se puedan alojar 4 adultos por habitación.

Pros:

La atención del personal es maravillosa, cada una de las personas que nos atendió fue muy amable; incluso en un par de oportunidades hicieron mas por nosotros sin pedir ayuda.

Cons:

Solo pudimos acceder a una piscina por remodelaciones.

Cons:

Las instalaciones están deterioradas en construcción y no las pude utilizar. No deberían cobrar ese precio si no tienen el servicio de piscina

Pros:

Instalaciones comodas, personal y meseros amables, a los de la piscina les falta un poco mas de atención, de estar pendiente del huesped, pero en general lo recominedo.

Cons:

No estuvo mal pero tuvimos algunos tropiezos, primero nos dieron una habitación ocupada, y como no nos llevaron al cuarto abrimos, seguimos y nos daba curiosidad ver portatiles, cargadores, hasta que vimos las maletas y caimos encuenta que ya estaba ocupada.
Luego nos dieron una habitación llena de zancudos, nos cansamos de matarlos y pedimos cambio.
Esa última muy comoda, iluminación agradable, cama grande y comoda y ducha muy buena, obviamente no era la del plan, se notaba que costaba más, pero al final se paso bien.

Hotel relajante y de ambiente familiar
Pros:

El ambiente del hotel es perfecto para descansar y pasar un rato agradable en familia, está bien ubicado y es fácil llegar. La piscina, el sauna y turco son bastante relajantes y tranquilos. La comida del restaurante y la atención del personal son excelentes.

Cons:

Las instalaciones (muros de las habitaciones, algún mobiliario y pintura) muestran un deterioro al que le ha hecho falta el mantenimiento. Las obras de la piscina principal, infantil y jacuzzi van a un paso muy lento y la dotacion de servicios de entretenimiento adicionales (billar, bolirrana, ping Pong, juegos de mesa etc.) podría mejorar bastante.
