It was pretty beat up, and we had to leave early due to family member going to hospital and they were not budging on giving us money back. mind you this hotel is not worth what we paid to begin with .
Outdated. Not worth what we paid the images did not reflect what we experienced at all I would not rate this more than 5-6 out of 10. Also tried to charge us EVEN more when we checked out a day early. Unbelievable … we are still currently dealing with said charge, over 200 in random charges after we paid the hotel in full prior to even arriving

It was clean and it was in the perfect location. It was close to the airport and close to food and shopping, as well as not far from downtown.
I checked beforehand on the shuttle hours. It was one of my main decisions in choosing that hotel. Online, it stated 24 hour shuttle. Upon arriving, I found out that the shuttle didn’t start running until 6 am. Which, was an issue because 2 of my guests had to be at the airport by 4 am.
The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location. They provide breakfast and is really good and have different options. The room was clean, as well all the areas of the hotel. The front desk staff was respectful, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Peggy, a caring sweet lady who always have a friendly smile. We had a great time! The TownPlace in Nashville Airport is a nice place to stay.
Fantastic breakfast. Staff was attentive to our needs. So convenient to get to Bridgestone Arena from here.

We just left this hotel. If you're looking for a Nashville hotel look no further. This hotel is in a quiet and great location. The location is close and convenient to all major attractions. We did not hear any air traffic. It was very clean, comfortable and accommodating. This staff not only did their job but were friendly and caring. We were greeted with a smile and welcome each time we came through the doors.. We came in town for a TSU football game and will definitely be staying here for future visits. A special thanks to Carrisa at the front desk for your kindness. Thanks to Ms Peggy for the special touch of freshly baked cookies and attention to the breakfast bar. To the manager Jermaine you have an excellent staff. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Thank you for keeping this hotel up to the standards that we have come to expect from Marriott. Unfortunately a lot of Marriotts are not being maintained, but Towneplace Nashville Airport is true Marriott quality.
Staff were nice and accommodating.
Place is older and not to clean in rooms. Floors look dirty all the time. Heard airplanes at night. Room noise was loud. Will not stay again.
Thanks to the Fabulous Four Frontdesk Team (Carrisa, Shanesse, Mashanyi, and Trena). My check-in was fast and friendly and they made sure to share the amenities the hotel had to offer for the entire family. This property will always be my first choice when returning to town. My experience was a 10.
Breakfast was a delicious surprise. Miss Peggy prepares it with charm and friendliness. Her cookies are an absolute treat!
Shanese did a wonderful job guiding me through the check in process, various room needs and overall friendliness. Will make sure to make this hotel a priority when I come into town thanks to her.

Do not stay. Staff very nice but paid crazy amt to stay in a room full of stink bugs and dirty conditions. Woke up to at least 5 cars with busted out widows in the parking lot! Carpeting in halls needed filthy, baseboards all beat up, and painting needed. Room furniture hard and uncomfortable! Dated. Wouldn’t sit on without a sheet. Stink bugs all in rooms. Stay somewhere else. Truly feel like we were bamboozled. Never again.
