For starters, Ms. Peggy’s cookies are amazing!! Great staff and accommodations!!
My family and I recently spent five days at Towneplace Suite airport hotel. Ms. Peggy handled our check-in with professionalism and a positive attitude. Although our third- party reservation resulted in a studio King room that was too small for four people. Ms.Peggy provided helpful advice. We then booked two two-bedroom suites with the Marriott app. The breakfast, and cookies was excellent, the rooms was clean and well-maintained, and all the staff was friendly. We will definitely stay here again.
The checking in was great and fast
I didn't like the fact that I booked a room for a sofa bed as well.. And it did not accommodate me and my family needs.. It was understood from booking that It will be 1 adult and 3 children.. All four of us slept extremely uncomfortable.. The bed that they brought up it was NO WHERE TO PLACE IT BECAUSE IT DID NOT HAVE A SOFA BED/ LET OUT COUCH..
ALSO no towels where brought up upon asking... I just feel like if I'm going to pay my room service should be included, I shouldn't have to walk down to retrieve anything 🙃 Overall the stay wasn't bad but it definitely could have been BETTER.
Recently stayed at the TownePlace Nashville airport and was happy with the stay. Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is clean, but does show a little age. Lobby is nothing fancy. Breakfast was good and a typical TownePlace breakfast. The homemade cookies at night are a great touch and they were excellent! Room was clean, but I was disappointed that they only clean every other day. We got clean towels at our request, and even on the day they were supposed to clean, we had to ask for service when they had not been to our room by 5pm.
We liked the indoor pool, which was part of the reason for selecting this hotel. Unfortunately, it was out of service during our stay! The king bed was comfortable and the linens seemed clean. Staff were friendly.
Room looked dingy. We used a sleeper sofa and had to place a coil mattress on top which was not very comfortable.
Did enjoy the waffle maker, oatmeal, and toppings. Would have liked more variety of fruit for breakfast.
As far as the room goes it was fine and clean for the short stay we had.
Did not care for the breakfast sandwiches, too soggy.
The remotes did not work in one if the bedrooms and took a while to be able to turn off the tv.
The door that led to the bathroom and into the toilet did not lock properly.
Did notice a stink bug on the curtains in the living room.
My experience was amazing. Peggy was an amazing cook and very professional, while Shanese had a remarkable customer service skills aswell
Firstly, Ms. Peggy's Cookies are amazing! Soft and buttery, freshly made and comforting especially if you miss home. What a beautiful way to be welcomed. The staff is incredible. What makes this hotel THE place to stay is the ladies behind the desk welcoming everyone and being so kind and vibrant. I loved every single person here. The room are so clean and orderly. When I needed extra body wash, towels, soap, etc. they were fast and available to help me. Breakfast is delicious with food to accommodate special needs and a variety of food which are presented hot and ready. Coffee, tea, and water always available downstairs in the lobby and a clean laundry room which has a folding station as well. I came when an ice storm displaced us and having work at our home and so good to come to a peaceful and relaxed place. 1000% recommend.
The hotel rooms are nice and clean and breakfast was also good. Staff were friendly and helpful and Ms Peggy really showed a great display of hospitality, she is great!
It was pretty beat up, and we had to leave early due to family member going to hospital and they were not budging on giving us money back. mind you this hotel is not worth what we paid to begin with .
Outdated. Not worth what we paid the images did not reflect what we experienced at all I would not rate this more than 5-6 out of 10. Also tried to charge us EVEN more when we checked out a day early. Unbelievable … we are still currently dealing with said charge, over 200 in random charges after we paid the hotel in full prior to even arriving

It was clean and it was in the perfect location. It was close to the airport and close to food and shopping, as well as not far from downtown.
I checked beforehand on the shuttle hours. It was one of my main decisions in choosing that hotel. Online, it stated 24 hour shuttle. Upon arriving, I found out that the shuttle didn’t start running until 6 am. Which, was an issue because 2 of my guests had to be at the airport by 4 am.
The hotel is in a quiet and convenient location. They provide breakfast and is really good and have different options. The room was clean, as well all the areas of the hotel. The front desk staff was respectful, friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Ms. Peggy, a caring sweet lady who always have a friendly smile. We had a great time! The TownPlace in Nashville Airport is a nice place to stay.
Fantastic breakfast. Staff was attentive to our needs. So convenient to get to Bridgestone Arena from here.
