Fuente Mayor Hotel And Resort

O hotel está numa boa localização para quem visita vinícolas na região, porque evita o deslocamento. Mas o que seria uma vantagem, acaba se transformando num dificultador, porque exige uma estrutura de suporte do hotel, que não existe. O hóspede fica ilhado, porque não existe comércio nas redondezas.
Observo ainda que o hotel merece uma melhor manutenção.

Hotel muito confortável, excelente, porem requer uma manutenção melhorada. Nota-se que esta um pouco abandonado

La propiedad, no es como se ve le falta mucho mantenimiento. La alberca de adentro no se vea limpia al meternos. Habia Mould. Areas sin abrir. Como el bar , grill.

The property has a beautiful garden with a swimming pool nwxt to the vines.

Entorno agreste, ubicacion entre viñedos, se sugiere llegar en vehiculo, para traslados. No hay infraestructura cercana fuera del hotel.
En general muy bueno, falta mantenimiento piscina cubierta. Recomendaría agregar body lotion, ademas del sampu y crema enjuague capilar, ya que el clima seco puede afectar la piel.
Hay algunas maquinitas de juego, no llega a ser un casino completo.
Buena atención. Reservando por la app son un poco inflexibles para realizar cambios en el hotel.

Linda vista ,e quartos espaçosos porém o ar condicionado não é individual nos quartos e vc nao consegue regular a temperatura, eles colocam um central e estava na calefação . Passei muito calor e nao dormi 2 dias.Se vc vai com pessoa idosa o banheiro não tem suporte
Para segurar na banheira, e muito perigoso. Café da manhã bem fraco, o hotel parece 3 estrelas . A piscina aquecida precisa manutençào. Os funcionários são atenciosos mas a gerencia é péssima!

We really liked the cabin they gave us, however the bidet was leaking, therefore they had to give us another room, and it had pretty much the same issue, also the bathroom had a hole on the floor and it started leaking while we were taking a bath, the breakfast was pretty good though, however the pictures they put on Expedia are not as realistic as the actual property, what we did not like at all is the fact that they put spas, jacuzzis and when we arrived we were hoping to be able to relax on the sauna or jacuzzi and they told us we had to pay on order to able to take advantage of those amenities.

Personal muy amable y servicial. La ubicación es muy especial por la vista a las montañas.

El hotel de esta quedando en el tiempo. Los empleados tienen la actitud que son los dueños del lugar, y que te están haciendo un favor al atenderte. El mantenimiento no es bueno, típico de personal que hace las cosas a su gusto, y no a conveniencia del cliente. El wifi nunca anduvo, salvo en la oficina donde están todos los empleados

The hotel is not well maintained.
The room wasn't in good conditions. The carpet was full of stains and quite dirty. The window handle was broken, as well as the towel hanger in the bathroom.
Breakfast was quite poor.
It is a shame because the hotel is in a beautiful location.

Worst Experience Ever!!! We couldn’t stay more than 45’ … First the room was smaller than a shoe box, we booked a room with a King Bed, didn’t get that instead they gave us a room with two single beds. Carpets were horrible disgusting… in the room trying to spray alcohol in the pillows and we found human hair on the pillows… That was it! We walked to reception…. And we left the place. Were original was booked for two nights … so? I’m a middle of nowhere trying to celebrate Mother’s Weekend … we had hace to get back to the city another 3 hs driving …. Honestly the place doesn’t deserved not even a try … even if they offered you to stay for FREE!

La limpieza estaba muy bien, el único inconveniente fue que no pude contactar con el hotel antes de mí llegada.

LA PICINA CLIMATIZADA ESTA EXELENTE LA TEMPERATURA DEL AGUA. EN EL RESTAURANTE SE PODRIAN AGREGAR MAS VARIEDAD DE COMIDAS

Creo que la pandemia le afectó mucho por la falta de turistas. Es decepcionante el estado de las instalaciones. La habitación ni siquiera tiene frigobar. En el desayuno, no tienen opciones saludables salvo frutas.
La ubicación y las vistas, lejos, lo mejor!

The rooms were huge, the pool area is beautiful, and the location is awesome it’s probably the most affordable in the area. Also the casino on the property is great!

Es magnífico comodo amplio ,para destacar el personal súper atento para mejorar la ropa de cama ,el cubrecama las sábanas el resto es 10 puntos

Me gustaron las instalaciones y el personal de servicio muy atento.
El estado de mantenimiento genera esta un poco bajo.

No me gusto que no tenían la reserva y tuve que pedir otra habitación

Me pareció excelente teniendo en cuenta el precio, todos los hoteles en El Valle de Uco son carísimos y este es lindo, cómodo con pileta climatizada, spa y casino y No es caro, además el desayuno es impresionante!!
