I enjoyed my stay here. The location is excellent with a host of nearby interesting bars and good value restaurants with fantastic menus. It is easy to change money locally. I hired 'use as you go' pushbikes from the nearby plaza. The breakfast here is stunning. The rooms are really good. The staff are lovely.
I was a bit disappointed at the corporate response to my request to pay cash rather than using a credit card. I was assured this could be done but my card was charged anyway. I was then told I could pay in cash anyway and get a credit card refund in three months time. Ho hum.
Good hotel. Surroundings are bit noise but acceptable.
Telephone in the room never worked. Recepcionist provided cellular phone which was OK.

Best location in the parque 93 area with clean, quiet, good wifi and comfortable rooms. Always make it a point to stay here as the price is very reasonable and the service is always great. Enjoy the daily buffet breakfast with fresh croissants, fruits , and made to order omelets. The waiters are always kind and attentive and make you feel at home. Special mention to Andres who works the dinner service, always with a smile in his face and with pleasant attitude. The Novotel Parque 93 is outstanding!
