Me gustó la disponibilidad del chef una gran persona y excelente profesional, me gustó la playa del hotel, más tranquila sin tanto vendedor

Para empezar desde la página apareció un valor con IVA incluido, al llegar nos cobraron el IVA que fue casi 900 mil más. Segundo que no nos contactaron para la lancha de viaje hacia el hotel, tercero que no entendemos porque la piscina se cierra en el día de 1 a 2 pm si el encargado debe comer, debe haber un reemplazo, cuarto los snacks de muy mala calidad y lo peor es que dicen que van de 4 a 5 pm llegan a las 4:30 pm y tienen límite es decir si se acaban no hay para los demás huéspedes, Quinto que se habla de un todo incluido pero el bar solo está disponible hasta las 7 de la noche, luego de eso si quieres algo debes comprarlo, Sexto el balcón de nuestra habitación tenía panales de abejas y además estaba en regulares condiciones

El servicio es amable y efectivo del personal

El sector de playa privada del hotel es compartido y transitado constantemente por personas que van a pasar solo el dia. Dejando mucha basura en las playa.
Y no tener disponibilidad de todo el dia reposeras o mesas exclusivas del hotel.

Todo en el hotel nos gusto, sin embargo las instalaciones están deterioradas y algunos espacios en mantenimiento, por lo demás esta muy bien, la habitación amplia, buen aire acondicionado, la comida aunque no es bufet es abundante y variada, otra recomendación es que las zonas comunes no tienen sombra para disfrutar durante el día, por ejemplo con bebes.

Where to start? I booked throught expedia 2 months before my vacation, the full amount. After realizing that this is on an island and would be inconvenient i contacted expedia multiple time to reimburse and book another one(2months in advance is more than enough for expedia to make there money back). They disagreed and told me to contact the dorado people. I took a week of back and forth for them to switch me to the dorado in boca grande for a surplus.
I arrived in the boca grande hotel and it was dirty, discussing no attention to detail and very smelly. When in the lobby i couldnt suspect anything wrong but once i entered my room it was sire i wouldnt be able to stay there for a week. I proceed to book another hotel in the old fortified city which is way better and CHEAPER. When i wanted to check out they ask me if i want to change room! Big joke i dont beleive there is descent room in that place. Do yourself and family a solid one and do not book with that whole chain. And expedia need to do way better on client satisfaction! I need a reimbursement or voucher! Anyway very disappointing experience
