Старый, добрый Отель.

Without a doubt it has 5* facilities, staff do their best, most speak basic English.

A lot of young staff which is nice to see but no management/supervisor presence was seen during my time here.

Hotel has character but a refurb is needed, especially in the rooms.

More variety at breakfast wouldn’t go amiss either.

Arrived late and left on the afternoon train to Moscow, so not much to say about this hotel other than the beds were narrow and need new mattresses. The breakfast buffet was in a nice room and had a variety of offerings. The coffee machine came with too much sugar already in the coffee, but staff was able to get a decent cup of coffee without using the machine. Variety of fruit and pastries plus various Asian dishes. Had no problem with the Wifi.

A spacious hotel, with nice and helpful staff..All requests were met with a willingness to make our stay pleasant.close to Maxmillians Restaurant and brewery, where you can see how the locals enjoy nights out!

To start with: it's not a 5 star hotel. It needs major renovations to be called so. Rooms are aged but moderately clean. There are signs that direct you to the currency exchange...but there is no currency exchange kiosk, there are many things like that are confusing but can be easily changed.
Not kidding - at the front desk hotel has brochures about the fitness center - it says pool, when you get to the fitness center - they don't have it. Why not reprint brochures? It's confusing.
WiFi is very slow, takes forever to open and write an email. Not a 5 star hotel experience definitely.
Well I can complement breakfast - had many options and was delicious, thanks guys!

I expected to eat breakfast at restaurant because there are some tasty dishes last my visiting.
Due to small quantity guests in spite of summer season, hotel is stopping to open breakfast at restaurant. Disappointed.

В Екатеринбурге была много раз в разных отелях, в этот раз решила остановиться в центре, другим требованием было обязательное наличие бассейна. Из всех свободных отелей на этот день с бассейном, этот был хорош по цене. Каково же было мое удивление, когда при заселении оказалось, что вся спа-зона и бассейн на реконструкции, при этом никакого предупреждения ни тут, ни на официальном сайте отеля не было и в помине. Знала бы заранее - ни за что бы не бронировала тут номер. Отель уставший, очень старый, что особенно заметно на фоне других международных новых отелей в городе. Лифт на карточках, которые постоянно размагничиваются, бьешься по 10 минут, чтобы уехать. При этом лестницы закрыты! Это же прямое нарушение пожарной безопасности, при этом на ресепшн спокойно говорят, что лестницы только для персонала и их никто не собирается так просто открывать. Номер очень маленький для 5*, все пошарпанное. Окна не открываются, в номере запах от кондиционера. Завтрак неплохой, но однообразный. В общем, ни за что больше не поселюсь в этом отеле, за эти деньги в Екатеринбурге можно найти гораздо более приятное место.

I stayed for three nights and had an excellent time. I did not try the restaurant or cafe for breakfast as I was on a limited budget. There were a couple of shops within a five minutes walk for food supplies if required. The reception staff were very helpful and spoke good English when my attempts at Russian failed! The room being supplied with fresh bottled water every day and was a nice touch and overall I felt very well look after.

Would definitely recommend for the money they charge.
Even though it smelled like smoking room, it was clean and comfortable.
Good location as well.

Stayed for two nights for a business trip, my room was facing east so in the morning sun was shining a bit too much in to the room, regardless of blinds, so room got quite hot. AC was not efficient enough to take care of that problem.

Also, did order room service, but hamburger (which was great and so was the fries) was deliver two hours later, after a reminder phone call.

Other than that, everything was ok. Hotel area is not so good, not much to do... No shopping.

In the middle of a city. Easy to find spot in a parking lot. Hotel is very quiet. Overall ,actually, five stars hotel, which is not always case in Russia.

The hotel was expecting us. I reserved a studio room that had a large bed and a couch that would convert to a bed for our child. They had the couch bed was prepared for us with the bedding in place. They had colored pencils and an age appropriate activity book on the desk for the child. They had the bathroom stocked with towels , soaps , shampoo, conditioner - but again for the child - a specific child's box with soap and shampoo. This was unique for my stays in Russia. The breakfast was excellent. My wife is Russian and I an American. We were both very happy with the variety and the food quality. The only negative is that the Hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool. It was listed as an amenity- perhaps that part of the hotel is being remodeled. It is a minor point. We will happily stay there the next time we travel to Yekaterinburg. The room was very comfortable. Booking via Hotels dot com was easy and the reservation was easily found by the receptionist. The room was very clean and everything in excellent condition. We have stayed in many hotels in Russia and Eastern Europe. This has been one of the best. It is a business orientated hotel with large conference rooms- but surprisingly family focused.

Hotel in die jahre gekommen und nicht weiterentwickelt. Kannte das Hotel von 2007 und ist unverändert. Dusche mit Duschvorhang, was ich persönlich sehr negativ beurteile.

Прекрасный отель с отлично обученным просеком. Оборудование немного старое, но вполне приемлемо. Единственный минус - довольно скудный завтрак, но для следующей поездки, скорее всего ,выберу именно этот отель.
