Los trabajadores maravillosos muy atentos y amables. La ubicación con la salida próxima a la autopista perfecta para visitar Cantabria. La habitación muy amplia, con amplia terraza y con nevera. El desayuno buffet muy completo. La cena un poco limitada en la elección al tener sólo 3 opciones aunque estaba muy bueno.
Las camas y los cojines incomódisimos. No se podía descansar bien. Ha sido lo peor sin duda, es una pena. Y aunque la habitación por dentro estaba muy limpia el balcón estaba que no se podía salir lleno de polvo, de telas de araña y de bichos.
Trato como en familia, hicieron un cambio de habitación cuando vieron que necesitaba una habitación adaptada. Muchas gracias.

The staff was very friendly and helpful; they even made us sandwiches for a day outing of hiking and climbing. The food was always delicious! Great breakfast as well!
The hotel is in a great location to drive to areas such as the beach, the caves of El Soplao, Santillana del Mar (cuevas de Altamira) and other great places.

The hotel is situated next to the railway line but we were not disturbed by it. The staff are all friendly especially the girl who checked us in on arrival and served us dinner at night. We were allocated room 302 which was a big room with 2 big comfy beds. The bathroom was also big. We had a drink in the bar which had good prices. We ate at the hotel in the evening which was quite busy and chose the fixed price menu which was 17 euros and good value. Breakfast the following morning had a lot of variety and some very nice pastries and cakes.
