My stay at Dweik Hotel 2 in Aqaba was very pleasant. In my opinion, the hotel is somewhat underrated considering the actual quality of its rooms, the excellent housekeeping standards, and the overall cleanliness throughout the property. The hotel honestly deserves a higher rating than it currently has.
What truly made the difference, however, was the exceptional staff. I would especially like to commend Mr. Saeed from the late-night shift. During my stay, I experienced a medical issue, and he went above and beyond by offering assistance and accompanying me to a pharmacy to get the medications I needed. His kindness and professionalism were greatly appreciated.
I would also like to thank Mr. Mohammed, who was extremely helpful during my check-out. As I was still feeling unwell, he kindly assisted my family with loading our luggage into the car.
My utmost appreciation goes to the entire team at Dweik Hotel 2 for making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff's genuine care and dedication to guests are a credit to the hotel. Keep up the great work!
