Nice hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, with nice wardrobes. Unfortunately, we didn't get the sea view, but still it was nice.
The location is good. There are a lot of exchange points nearby, like Alawneh or banks. There is a restaurant, Ali Baba, that was open during Ramadan. The public beach and the Aqaba fortress are just 15 minutes' walk.
The personnel are very friendly!

Cons:

We arrived at 4 or 5 pm, and we still had to wait for our rooms to be ready.
The pillows are very high, and my neck hurts every night.
We had to wait for hot water for quite some time, and the water overflows the sides very fast.
For breakfast, you have to go to the neighbouring hotel. And maybe since we were the only guests at the hotel, because of the conflict between the neighbouring countries, the breakfast was very simple.
Also, the mosque is very close, and you can hear it well even if the windows are closed; the street is noisy too. And our balcony door couldn't be fully closed.

Helpful, friendly, safe haven.
Pros:

Friendly hotel in a great location in central Aqaba, helped us store our bikes safely with a fantastically generous traditional brakfast.

Aussergewöhnliche tolle Gastfreundschaft
Pros:

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal und der Inhaber waren super freundlich und haben uns geholfen einen Ausflug nach Petra zu organieren und einen Flug nach Amman zu buchen. Dabei waren sie sehr geduldig und hilfreich. Vielen Dank für alles und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

The reception service is very good . Breakfast is good. There is a freezer in the refrigerator and this is a very good point.

Cons:

There is a weird smell in the hotel and room. Some facilities need improvements and rebuild. There is no hot water in the mid night.
