Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing.

The staff truly stood out — they were kind, polite, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their friendly attitude made a great difference and added to the overall positive experience.

Ok place to sleep especially if you want to be downtown
Pros:

The location and the service. They upgraded our room for us.

Cons:

The noise and the room was a smoking room. Also, the breakfast wasn’t available when they said it was supposed to be.

Nice hotel for a short stay
Pros:

The room was spacious and clean, with nice wardrobes. Unfortunately, we didn't get the sea view, but still it was nice.
The location is good. There are a lot of exchange points nearby, like Alawneh or banks. There is a restaurant, Ali Baba, that was open during Ramadan. The public beach and the Aqaba fortress are just 15 minutes' walk.
The personnel are very friendly!

Cons:

We arrived at 4 or 5 pm, and we still had to wait for our rooms to be ready.
The pillows are very high, and my neck hurts every night.
We had to wait for hot water for quite some time, and the water overflows the sides very fast.
For breakfast, you have to go to the neighbouring hotel. And maybe since we were the only guests at the hotel, because of the conflict between the neighbouring countries, the breakfast was very simple.
Also, the mosque is very close, and you can hear it well even if the windows are closed; the street is noisy too. And our balcony door couldn't be fully closed.
