Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό, εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο , απίστευτο πρωινό και φυσικά πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο και την παραλία. Πολύ καλά στρώματα επίσης
Το πρωινό είχε αρκετές επιλογές, πολύ κεντρική τοποθεσία αλλά και ήσυχη ταυτόχρονα.
Πραγματικά πολλά credits & stars για το προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου!
Η Μαρία, η Δέσποινα, ο Ηλίας από την Reception και η κυρία Νεκταρία από το Housekeeping ήταν όλοι πάντα χαμογελαστοί, πολυ βοηθητικοι και εξυπηρετικοί σε ότι χρειάστηκα!
Έχουν πετύχει ένα πολύ καλό vibe στο ξενοδοχείο αυτό <3

Great breakfast, great service, cool room in a great location.
Bathroom design - constant water on the floor due to poorly designed bathroom furniture (vanity kit, shower, etc).
Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. Rooms are clean and comfy. Staff are very welcoming—special thanks to Maria for her great support! Breakfast was nice and satisfying.
Our only issue was the baby cot; the mattress was too thin, which made it difficult for our baby to get a good night's sleep.
Sijainti erinomainen lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia, keskustan liikkeitä, satamaa, ravintoloita, rantoja. Tästä syystä valitsimme hotellin. Hotelli tarjosi lentokenttäkuljetuksen. Pääsimme kirjautumaan sisään aiemmin ja lisämaksusta onnistui myös myöhäisempi uloskirjautuminen. Aamiainen riittävän hyvä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.
Kylpyhuone vaatisi ehdottomasti perusparannusta. Uima-allas ei houkutellut. Allasalueella liian vähän aurinkotuoleja.

The stay was very comfortable, we got a balcony upgrade, there was a welcome drink at the bar, the drinks from the minibar were complimentary, and there were towels by the poolside to use there. The room was very nice, all you really need was there. Location of the hotel is amazing, its not on the main-main streets so not too loud but still very much in the center. The ladies at the reception were really nice and cleaning ladies asked us if we would like to change our towels daily. Breakfast was really good, slight changes daily and so many things to choose from!
Only slight negative perhaps was that the bathroom had seen better days - the shower was slightly rusty, and our sliding door would not stay closed the whole way. During breakfast the “donut” kind of balls were raw. But these are minor things and the rest was really great!
The hotel was at the city center.Everywhere is at walking distance.Breakfast is so good and rooms are everyday cleaned.At the reception all agents Despoina,Maria And İlias mostly helpful,friendly and the sincere.If I Come to Rhodes Again I Will prefer the oktober downtown hotel again.I advice everybody and all my close friend.Hope to been again.

Het ontbijt en de douche. Het personeel heel vriendelijk.
Er mankeerde in de badkamer een kapstokje om de handdoek op te hangen. Het zou comfortabeler zijn als er ook twee stoelen zouden zijn in de slaapkamer.

Welcoming staff, the breakfast was amazing and was always fresh with good variety.
Unfortunately there were some issues in the room, they changed rooms for me but then there was a leak in the bathroom, although not bad it could still be dangerous and make the floor slippery. The rooms and the towels could do with updating, things are starting to look abit tired, the cleanliness could’ve been abit more thorough throughout the building, the whole time I was there the stairs were not swept and were very dusty, the glass in the windows and balconies was dirty, my room was never really cleaned just towels and bedding changed and perhaps swept once.
