Buon hotel!
Pros:

Posizione ottima fra il barrio Getsemani e il Centro Storico.
Camere molto pulite!

Cons:

Cosa molto strana. In bagno non c’era il rubinetto dell’acqua calda nè nel lavandino nè nella doccia. È vero che fa molto caldo a Cartagena, ma non sempre si ha voglia di fare la doccia fredda.

Hôtel confortable avec les chambres de l'arrière calmes pour des nuits paisibles. Bon séjour!
Pros:

Belle chambre dans un hôtel bien situé à côté du parc, du centre artisanal et beaucoup de restaurants situés autour du Centre International des Conférences (Convention Centre). Le petit dejeuner est varié surtout avec des fruits (au moins trois par jour) et le café et thé disponible toute la journée. J'observais le jeûn musulman et le personnel du restairant a accepté de garder mon petit dejeuner pour la rupture du jeun en fin d'après-midi durant tout mon séjour dans l'établissement.

Cons:

Ne pas avoir un frigo dans la chambre.

Lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, es el personal. Son extremadamente amables, atentos y profesionales. Tanto el equipo en general como el manager demuestran una actitud impecable hacia el cliente, lo cual es muy valioso y marca una diferencia importante.

Sin embargo, esta amabilidad contrasta con varios aspectos estructurales y de servicio que necesitan una mejora urgente. Los corredores de los pisos, aunque son antiguos, suelen verse sucios y descuidados, lo que genera una primera impresión desagradable. En las habitaciones, los baños tampoco aparentan estar completamente limpios a simple vista, lo cual afecta la percepción general de higiene.

La relación calidad-precio no es adecuada. El hotel resulta caro en comparación con los servicios que ofrece. El desayuno, aunque es tipo buffet, es bastante regular. No se trata de ofrecer muchas opciones, sino de garantizar calidad. Las frutas tropicales (papaya y otras) eran claramente de baja calidad: duras, sin sabor y poco frescas. Esto deja mucho que desear en un hotel que pretende posicionarse en una categoría superior.

Además, considero inadmisible que una huésped no pueda recibir a una persona externa en el salón de desayuno ni siquiera para ofrecerle un café pagando el consumo correspondiente. Es una política poco flexible y difícil de comprender.

Hay también un aspecto de seguridad que requiere atención inmediata: los balcones son extremadamente bajos, aproximadamente a la altura de la cintura de una persona de 1,57 m. Si alguien se inclina ligeramente para mirar la ciudad, corre un riesgo real de caer desde un cuarto o quinto piso. Esto es muy grave. Deberían instalar una malla de seguridad o elevar la altura de los balcones para garantizar la seguridad de los huéspedes.

En resumen, el potencial del hotel es evidente gracias a su excelente equipo humano. Si mejoraran la limpieza, la calidad del desayuno, la relación calidad-precio

Hotel location was perfect. overall good value.
Pros:

The Breakfast was similar to restaurant quality. The Location was the best from my perspective because it is not on the main street, but just across, so you are a 3-minute walk from the main street, and you get comfort and quiet at night. This is an ideal location unless you are over 50 and looking to solely relax, stay away from the nightlife and major restaurants.

Cons:

These hotels have the same principle, if everyone staying in your room does not arrive at the same time or within 5 hours, you get charge for the extra person. Beware of the pictures of the hotel only show you the superior rooms, which you have to pay a bit more.
