Don’t bother as there are plenty of other hotels in the historic district
Pros:

Breakfast was reasonable. Young lady at check in was wonderful but that is where it stopped other staff were rude and obnoxious.

Great stay for the price!
Pros:

Loved my stay, needed a nice big room and some aircon, its hot in Cartagena. Slept like a baby after my long flight from Europe. Lovely breakfast, water provided, sweet people working over there!

Cons:

A little noisy street side, but not too bad. Slept with earplugs.
