Hotel confortable. Buen desayuno. Precio-calidad bien! Está lindo!

La llave de la puerta de la habitación no andaba bien. En las noches para salir da un poquito de miedo la calle del costado de la av., que queda en oscuras

Helaas was onze eerste indruk van het hotel zeer teleurstellend. De werkelijke staat van het hotel en de kamers komt totaal niet overeen met de foto’s die online worden getoond. De kamers zagen er slecht en onverzorgd uit en de algemene uitstraling van het hotel gaf ons absoluut geen prettig of comfortabel gevoel.

We waren zo teleurgesteld over wat we aantroffen dat we besloten hebben om dezelfde dag nog te vertrekken. Op basis van de foto’s en de presentatie hadden wij iets heel anders verwacht. Voor ons was dit helaas een zeer slechte en teleurstellende ervaring.

Cons:

Mucho ruido alrededor, poca higiene en las áreas comunes y habitación. Mal olor en el cuarto. Paredes sucias y con olor a humedad. Desayuno poco presentable, frío y repetitivo. La limpieza del cuarto era desagradable, dejaban el piso mojado y pegajoso. Es una estructura muy vieja y carece de mantenimiento y sus muebles y camas están bien sucias y desagradables.

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La atención del personal fue muy buena, Fernando quien nos recibió fue muy atento, las personas de servicio que estaban en el desayuno también, muy amables.
La ubicación era excelente, estábamos muy cerca de la entrada del centro histórico, a pasos de barrio Getsemaní y muy cerca del puerto donde salen las embarcaciones a los tour.
Las camas eran cómodas.

Cons:

Nuestro baño se filtraba y cada vez que nos bañábamos salía agua por abajo de la ducha hasta la habitación.
La habitación no tenía televisión y lo otro que no nos gustó es que faltaba mayor ventilación o aire acondicionado en la sala del desayuno.

Pros:

Localização excelente em Getsemaní, muito próximo à cidade amuralhada. Restaurantes, cafés, farmácias e supermercados próximos. Fizemos quase tudo a pé. Os vigilantes (que ficam na portaria) são também muito simpáticos e receptivos. Quarto grande e espaçoso! Banheiro grande e espaçoso também. Cama confortável! Excelente ar-condicionado.

Cons:

O mobiliário e o elevador do hotel são muito antigos.

El desayuno

Cons:

Que por adicionar un niño de 6 años que va a dormir en la misma habitación, cobren el doble del valor de un adulto me parece una estafa, aparte que a la hora de dormir la luz del pasillo entre a la habitación. Porque cobran la adicion del niño pero ni una toalla mas colocan.

Buena experiencia!
Pros:

La ubicación fue perfecta, súper céntrica. El personal demasiado amable, las chicas de recepción excelente servicio, los señores que atienden en el desayuno muy amables y serviciales. El desayuno variado y delicioso. Incluso el personal de seguridad por las noches fueron muy atentos y colaborativos cuando les solicitaba algo de información sobre la ciudad.

Cons:

No había agua para beber en la habitación, dejan la jarra para ir a los dispensadores, pero los dispensadores no me funcionaron☹️ tuve que bajar con la jarra hasta la recepción para poder conseguir agua. Único punto que deben mejorar!

Pros:

O hotel fica bem localizado, os funcionários são gentis, há água e café à vontade para os hóspedes, o preço é excelente. O café da manhã é ok.

Cons:

Nos quartos standart não há água quente no banho e isso não estava descrito no Booking. Ducha com pouca água também.
