Location excellent, very close to Plaza de Amas and walkable to downtown sites. Most tour operators are willing to pick up from this hotel which is a bonus. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Good value for money.
This location is not as new and modern as their other hotel in Miraflores Centro. We booked this one based on our experience at the other so felt a bit disappointed.

I had an outstanding stay at Tierra Viva Arequipa Plaza. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with scrambled eggs and a daily changing second hot dish (for example, pasta with pesto or rice with sausage), alongside a variety of fresh, local fruits and other items - truly a highlight of the hotel. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent, making it great value for money.
Comfortable rooms with two king-size beds, heating, and a reliable hot shower. What stood out the most was the extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially at the reception - Esthefany and Marylia went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and enjoyable.
The hotel’s location is perfect, just a short walk from the main plaza and all key attractions in Arequipa.
La ubicación y el desayuno.
Tenía malogrado el tanque del inodoro, se pasaba el agua y tuvimos que cerrar la llave del agua por 1 noche porque hacía mucho ruido. También el señor que sube las maletas es muy confianzudo y entra a veces sin antes tocar la puerta. La puerta debería ser más hermética, se escucha cuando alguien está pasando.

Nous avons eu recours au service blanchisserie vraiment rapide pas cher bien lavé et plié, top quand on voyage léger pour road trip.
Nous étions côté rue, les fenêtres en simples vitrages et mal réglés donc on entend le bruit de la rue
El servicio es de primera, el desayuno incluido es tipo buffet muy bueno, y la ubicación del Hotel es espectacular muy cerca de la plaza de armas y todas las cosas y lugares bonitas que hay en Arequipa para visitar

Limitação de um pedido dos itens não disponibilizados na rampa do café da manhã. Tb havia uma certa demora na reposiçao.

A localização é boa e o quarto bem confortável. Os funcionários bem atensiosos. O café da manhã é bem gostoso e com bastante opção, quando se tem passeio cedo eles preparam um lanche simples para levar.
