Pros:

A localização é boa. Hotel com alguns problemas.
Pros:

Localização, quarto e banheiro grande. Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

O ralo da ducha estava entupido. O quarto não tem telefone para comunicação com a recepção. Os dois quartos ao lado/frente estava fazendo barulho até 2h da manhã e não tinha como ligar para a recepção. Precisei de uma pasta de dentes e tive que descer até a recepção, o recepcionista da noite teve muita má vontade, não havia. Na manhã seguinte a recepcionista foi simpática e conseguiu uma amostra.

Pros:

Equipa prestável, simpática e sempre disponível para ajudar.
Excelente localização, fácil chegar ao centro de Amesterdão em qualquer meio de transporte.

Cons:

Mau isolamento sonoro: não só ouvíamos tudo o que acontecia na rua, como ainda ouvíamos quem passava no corredor do hotel como se estivesse dentro do quarto.
