Great Value for the offer but don't expect too shiny-modern look
Pros:

Location was as expected, close to the pedestrian area. Breakfast was very diverse. Full of various options. What we liked less was the overall age of the hotel and the rooms. They had an old vibe.
The bathroom in our apartment was huge but mostly useless, with old tiles and old sanitary objects. It didn't look 4*.

Check-in was fast and no issues.

I would come back as I believe the value exceeded the small comments we had.

Cons:

The old vibe of the furniture and definitely the bathroom. The lift was also not that great.
In other words, it didn't look modern.

Very overpriced for services and infrastructure offered
Pros:

Right in the city center

Cons:

Staff was a little unfriendly, I was met with “Close the door” instead of “Hello”
Bathroom doors were sliding off, and some old spots on the bathtub bottom were visible
Stuffy smell in the room, air conditioner is very old, can only be set on 18 degrees Celsius and does not ventilate the room at all.
Horrible experience with their elevator - got stuck there because it’s old and some sensors didn’t seem to work because I was standing too close to the exit, it just stopped between the floors. Be careful with it if you decide to choose that hotel.
No elevator to the lobby to carry heavy suitcases.

TV non funzionante, bagno antico con doccia all interno della vasca, decisamente scomoda e condizionatore estremamente rumoroso
