CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch III

It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided warm, attentive service. The location is very convenient, as it is situated at Taipei Main Station. The facilities are also excellent, with washing and drying machines available. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided, and the hotel even offers free cup noodles at 10 pm daily.

Back here again to stay over.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It's extremely basic but unbelievably clean. It's located near the main train station so getting around Taipei was very convenient and there were plenty of eateries around. The room is basic but bright, with a very comfortable bed, small desk area, a sink, shower from Heaven with insane water pressure, and a toilet.. and not much else. I opted for a room with a window :) Front desk staff extremely friendly and courteous. Great all-around stay at a great price if you are not looking for pampering or luxury. Taipei can be a very expensive place to stay.

Staff went above expectations and were proactive. We were doing self service laundry and they completed it for us so that we could sleep.

Very good location, right next to Taipei Main station. Staff was so welcoming and friendly, rooms were modern and well equipped. They offer free coffee, laundry and even ramen on the evening.
Would 100% stay there again

The staff were excellent! They alone made the hotel worth it. The self serve laundry was very convenient, and the tea and noodles were very much appreciated. It is a short walk to the Taipei main station mrt.

Back to the same hotel where I stayed for 7 days in Taipei. I checked in on 11 May and looked for Rae, a staff member whom I have known for 10 years since I first stayed at this hotel in 2016. She gave me a very warm welcome back to the hotel. We started as customer and staff, but over the years we have become friends.

I also want to thank another staff member, Sam, who helped me with my laundry. One day, I came back to the hotel around 8pm and wanted to do my laundry because I could not wash my clothes at the hotel in Kaohsiung. However, there was only one new washing machine available because all the other washing machines and dryers were being used by other guests.

I had no choice but to use the new AI washing machine, which I had never used before. After 2 hours, I went down to check my laundry, but my clothes were still very wet and there was still a lot of water inside the machine. I approached Sam for help. He checked the machine and told me, “Don’t worry, I’ll settle the laundry for you. You can go up and rest.”

I set my alarm for 6am to check whether my clothes were done. When Sam saw me coming down, he told me that my laundry was already finished. He went to the back area, brought out my clothes, and they were already dry and folded nicely for me.

I really want to thank Sam for going the extra mile to help me with my laundry so that I could get enough rest and not have to wait until late at night for my clothes.

We stayed at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch III from April 26 to April 30, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely give this hotel a 5-star review!

The hotel environment was very comfortable and clean. Our room was tidy and well maintained, making our stay very pleasant. The location is also very convenient, not far from Taipei Main Station, with many great restaurants, shops, and local food nearby. Transportation was extremely convenient for getting around Taipei.

The hotel also provides many thoughtful complimentary services, including free bottled water, snacks, instant noodles, coffee, self-service laundry facilities, and free luggage storage, which made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable.

We especially want to thank the front desk staff, who were all very friendly, warm, and polite. In particular, Sam was exceptionally kind and enthusiastic in explaining all the hotel benefits and facilities to us, and he was always willing to assist with anything we needed. His excellent service truly made us feel welcomed and at home.

We would also like to thank Debby, who was another wonderful front desk staff member. Since the self-service washers and dryers were limited and often required a long waiting time, she kindly helped us handle our laundry arrangements, which we truly appreciated.

We sincerely thank both Sam and Debby for their kindness and outstanding assistance. They made our trip to Taipei even more memorable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Taipei, and we look forward to staying here again in the future. Definitely a 5-star recommendation!
