CityInn Hotel Taipei Station Branch III

The hotel is well located as it is very close to the Taipei Main Station, which allows for convenience to reach any parts of Taipei. Other than that, the staff (particularly Sam) is very friendly and helpful in sharing tips and assistance for our day-trips to Jiufen, Shifen and Tamsui. I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Everything was nice. Room, staff, pantry and snacks, amenities. Great location.
In the branch 2 I found the room was a little bit better I guess.

I stayed 4D3N at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—very convenient, with easy access to the main station, Airport Express train, High Speed Rail, local trains, and MRT.

The room was clean, and the bed was cozy and comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities—there was free laundry service with detergent provided, as well as complimentary snacks (energy bars) and drinks available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, the hotel even offered free supper in the form of large cup noodles along with drinks. Although there is no dining area, guests can bring the food back to their rooms, which was convenient.

The staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay. I was particularly fortunate to meet Miss Debby (李亦晴）, whose attentiveness and excellent customer service truly stood out. She quickly came to the pantry when she noticed the coffee machine had run out of fresh milk while I was trying to make a cup of coffee. It was late night, she even offered to help with my laundry so I could rest well for the next day—something I have never experienced in previous hotel stays.
As it rained for a few days and disrupted my outdoor plans, she also kindly suggested alternative indoor activities, which was very helpful.

Overall, this was a memorable and comfortable stay, made even better by the outstanding service.

Near to Taipei main station..nice room ..coffee and tea sachets, snacks with two bottles of water provided daily..very enthusiastic and cheerful staffs ..free washing machine and dryer with powder provided ..
Very satisfying stay ..I will stay again..No doubt ☺️

Loved this hotel, walked to it from the main station, staff great, facilities great.

Clean and well-kept. Very convenient location, about 5–10 minutes to the metro and easy access to Taipei Main Station. Close to a busy street but the room was quiet.

The hotel location is super convenient, it is situated near to Taipei Main Station, making it easy to get around.

The hotel offers laundry facilities, allowing guests to do their own washing and drying using the provided machines. There is also a well-equipped pantry with a water dispenser, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster, which made everything feel very homely.

What stood out the most was the warm hospitality—returning to the hotel after a long day and being greeted with genuine smiles always made us feel welcome. It truly felt like a home away from home.

Will definitely stay at CityInn hotel during my next visit!

Très bien situé (3-5min à pied au métro), près des commerces et restaurants. Propreté, personnel très accueillant et efficace, équipement laverie est un plus !
