一直都很愛新驛
Cp值很高，雖然現在房價比以前貴，但我還是會優先選擇這裡
服務一直都很有友善，還有自助洗衣很方便
Centrally located, having umbrellas near the main entrance
The staff (specifically staff member Sam) went above and beyond in making me feel welcome after unexpectedly traveling alone and arriving late at night. I received a complimentary room upgrade and was very comfortable. The location was very convenient and a 5 minute walk from the Taipei Central Station, making it very accessible and safe feeling when traveling around Taipei and New Taipei district. Would gladly stay here again!
The laundry services are free for guests and I really appreciated it. Unfortunately, and this may have been residue from another guest, one of the machines left brown stains on my clothes after using it. I wish I spotted it sooner so I could have let the hotel staff know.

This is our second stay at CityInn Hotel Taipei Station!
We loved our first stay in Branch II 2 years ago, so we thought to return to Branch III this time and definitely do not regret it.
The hotel is based at a very convenient location, near Taipei Main Station. We could easily access the trains, MRT, and HSR with 5-10 minute walk. Furthermore, there are many shops and vendors, ranging from Department Store like Q Square to family based local shops. This allowed us to explore Taiwan without any hindrances.
Furthermore, the hotel has a super lovely team that is always ready to help. When we first arrived at 7am in the morning, we were greeted by passionate smiles, especially from Sam Chen :) Given that I arrived during Lunar New year, I was concerned that my trip would fail and all the shops would close during the holiday. He was super patient, knowledgeable and brainstormed with me to the alternative places I can go while the shops are closed during the public holiday.
Really appreciate his help!
Overall, highly recommend this place for anyone that is travelling to Taipei!
整體氛圍
淋浴間太小，只能原地轉身
This was my first stay after my monthly visits in Taipei last year for medical purpose. This time I went there for holidays with my wife and friends. Upon my hotel booking a month earlier, hotel staff, Sam whom i get to know after my frequent stays earlier texted me and ask me about my trip purpose and welcome me. During my stay i was upgraded to VIP status and get to enjoy discount, extended check out and etc without requesting.
There was a slight issue with the lighting control late at night during my stay and the hotel immediately dispatch staff to rectified, another staff Jay who now stationed in branch 2 drop by during the repair to say hello and ensure everything is fine. I was impressed when he commented i look much healthier now (he remembers my condition which i mentioned to him a year ago). The staff attended to our every need and preference with sincere pleasure. Our laundry was even folded nicely when collected the next morning. Their service was really exceptional. This hotel also is part of the reason for me to visit Taipei every year.
位置便利，入住手續簡便，員工服務以及應變態度
此為第三次入住新驛系列，前兩次在疫情期間，無論是房間的整潔度、服務人員的應對，或是針對需求提供的協助，都讓人相當驚豔，我亦曾經在房內的意見表留下評語，感謝旅店的相關人員給我不亞於星級飯店的住宿體驗。或許是因為前兩次的印象，更讓我覺得這次的住宿經驗匪夷所思且難以忍受。
入住當天極晚到達，由於相當疲累也就不太在意房內略顯潮濕的氣味，隔天外出返回房間後，發現床單下半部散布黑點，原以為是自己衣服上沾有灰塵所致，但意識到自己從未觸碰過那塊區域的表面，也想起當天並未要求打掃，房內也沒有打掃過的痕跡，不應是清掃時造成的疏忽。最後發現，冷氣位於床尾上方，黑點是從冷氣口飄下的污漬，這些髒污，不只分佈在床單、亦落進我放在一旁的行李箱之衣物上（此為返家整理衣物時才發現）。我本以為是可輕易拍掉的灰塵，原想自己處理，但輕輕一抹，髒污便擴散至其他部分並滲入床單，我只能立即聯絡櫃檯說明情況，一位女性主管馬上過來協助處理，經過討論，換至另外一間房間（不同於入住時的房型），整潔如故，讓我訝異於其間差異竟如此之大。
這個的評價是針對換房之前的入住經驗。我亦猶豫若衡量換房之後的經驗、以及該位女性主管負責的態度與迅速地應對，是否需要給出如此低的評分。但肯定較高房型的舒適程度，無法掩蓋這是我所有旅行之中最不可思議的體驗；再感謝從業人員的辛苦與體諒，也無法認同在基本設備的維護或是清潔上疏忽至此。猶豫了兩個多月後還是認為有必要留下評論，再次感謝當晚協助我換房的主管提供的各種幫助。
The hotel rooms were very clean and convenient (2 -3 min walk to Taipei Main Station and 2 convenience stores below the hotel). The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Sam, who provided us with amazing food recommendations as well as directions to reach the locations. The hotel also provided free flow drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate), as well as supper snacks (cup noodles, biscuits). The hotel is also not expensive and the service provided is so worth the money. Overall this was a memorable experience and we would definitely come back again when we visit Taipei in the future!
