A beautiful hotel in the middle of a chaotic madness.
Pros:

The staff were fantastic. The food was amazing. Above all the room was spotless and the swimming pool was lovely. It was good to have an iron and an ironing board in the hotel room.

Cons:

The location of the Crown Hotel is not located in a great area. Just outs the hotel there is a lot of garbage along the street, adm many dogs wandering the streets. Although this is beyond the control of the hotel the streets were very dirty and the pollution was terrible.

Pros:

There are many female staff and care about female solo travellers.

All staffs are very professional. I was especially impressed by Santosh - I liked the way he communicates with us. Thank you!

The hotel that surprised me
Pros:

Amazing Hotel...what astonished me is the freshness that i felt when i entered the hotel...the smell and feel of the hotel was awesome...the staff were too good...the breakfast with a view in the balcony was too good... have no words to describe the hotel...a must visit

It was comfortable.
Pros:

The facility, restaurant, gym were all very well maintained. Staff at the restaurant and reception were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown.

Cons:

The bathroom had only half mirror, so water was seeping out.

Cons:

The front desk. The required amount was paid after talking to the reception before even the guest arrived. Once the guest reached, the front desk asked for the payment to the guest. This was specifically requested beforehand and as suggested payment was done beforehand. This was embarrassing. Fortunately I was there to show the payment details and the conversation went on for 3 mins. After all these , when the guest was checking out, the front desk again asked for the payment to the guest which awe full. Imagine I was not there, the staff would have collected the payment from the guest. Absolutely no coordination between staffs , centralized computer system seemed to be dis functional.
