The hotel that surprised me
Pros:

Amazing Hotel...what astonished me is the freshness that i felt when i entered the hotel...the smell and feel of the hotel was awesome...the staff were too good...the breakfast with a view in the balcony was too good... have no words to describe the hotel...a must visit

Nothing everything was perfect..only thing is the location seems a bit offbeat

It was comfortable.
Pros:

The facility, restaurant, gym were all very well maintained. Staff at the restaurant and reception were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crown.

Cons:

The bathroom had only half mirror, so water was seeping out.

Cons:

The front desk. The required amount was paid after talking to the reception before even the guest arrived. Once the guest reached, the front desk asked for the payment to the guest. This was specifically requested beforehand and as suggested payment was done beforehand. This was embarrassing. Fortunately I was there to show the payment details and the conversation went on for 3 mins. After all these , when the guest was checking out, the front desk again asked for the payment to the guest which awe full. Imagine I was not there, the staff would have collected the payment from the guest. Absolutely no coordination between staffs , centralized computer system seemed to be dis functional.

Pros:

The breakfast spread was very good, the food was fresh and the service excellent. I would like to comment of the waffles I had, it was done very well and served with care. The food was hot and very tasty - hash browns, croissants, waffles with maple syrup and the choice muffins. The service was exceptional always with broad smiles and ever ready help at all times. special mention of Ms. Srijoni at the reception and the staff at the restaurants

Cons:

The property boasts of spacious rooms, very tastefully decorated with all the necessary precautions given to the amenities provided. The view could have been better but I had to think a lot to identify what could have been better

Food quality ( In-Room dining ) fluctuates widely.
Very expensive considering the location ( town ).
Bakery is sub-par, so are desserts.
Many rooms do not have good views of outside.
