是值得推薦的好飯店☺️整體很棒
Pros:

服務很親切，有任何問題都會馬上幫忙解決
早餐很不錯👌🏻地點很好，房間乾淨、應有盡有！

Cons:

沒有不滿意，稍微覺得地下的機械停車場有點不好停
可能是出遊租車也不習慣開的緣故。

飯店有點舊，但是清潔度乾淨！
Pros:

1.飯店離夜市很近，走路可抵達。
2.重點是要表揚及再次感謝停車場當天地下室保全高姓管理員，因為是機械停車位，不好停車，他非常熱心且專業幫我們引導入車庫，有引導我們入飯店，應該要好好表揚他。

入住當天一樓櫃檯的男性服務生及當天傍晚值班的一男一女工作人員，服務態度超差的，入住時跟一樓櫃檯男生說：要辦理入住，他一直在講電話，跟我說：等一下，我就退到後面椅子等了約10分鐘，後來走過來櫃檯的一男一女，我一直看著一男一女，沒有做什麼事，居然沒有人問我們需要服務嗎？等了很久，後來我們只好再次跟櫃檯三位人員詢問：可以先幫我們辦理入住手續嗎？當時一大推行李推在那裡，居然沒人理我們，感覺我們是要去求人家幫我們辦理入住手續，花錢找罪受，重點是費用還不便宜，高高興興去渡假，一開始入住飯店，就被搞的心情極差，這還是我第一次遇到飯店是這樣的服務，還以為員工是故意要給老闆難看的，如此擺爛，真是可惜了這家飯店，建議要去住的人，要考慮清楚，不要壞了您遊玩渡假的興致，真是不敢再領教。

住宿位置非常好，走過去就是羅東夜市，適合逛夜市吃美食。

Cons:

停車空間比較少，尤其是開休旅車的人要開到附近的合作停車場，遇上下雨天的時候非常不方便。
