Pros:

地點非常好，靠近羅東夜市及市區，有配合的停車場，距離不遠。1樓的接待人員及其他工作人員皆十分親切，12樓的遊戲室相當棒，設有監視器，工作人員也會說明注意事項。房內有提供瓶裝水及紙拖鞋，住宿的該樓有飲水機。浴室沒有乾濕分離，使用浴缸及浴簾，有免治馬桶。早餐中式餐點居多，也有提供西式麵包及抹醬，室內座位有限，人多時會客滿。

Cons:

房間進門處霉味相當明顯，但房內還好。浴室的蓮蓬頭與水管接合度不佳，水有時會亂噴。洗手台的高度太高，幼兒園小孩無法自行洗手。
