Pros:

Everything. 3 Flags is a half block away from city centro, six blocks away from the clock tower, and just far enough from the action to be peaceful. Pull the trigger. You won't regret it. The staff speaks just enough English to make it a great stay. The quality of the breakfast is tight up there alongside a 5 star hotel. The staff is courteous and welcoming. This is the only place I will stay in Cartagena from now on!

Cudowna lokalizacja, piękna kolonialna zabudowa. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Spełnili nasza prośbę o 2 łóżka pojedyncze mimo, że wg Booking takich nie było dostępnych. Bardzo dobrze komunikowali się po angielsku. Basen na dachu po paru godzinach w upale 40 stopni był bardzo miłym dodatkiem:)

Cons:

Sala śniadaniowa była dość mała i czasem trzeba było czekać na stolik (generalnie nie jest to problem, o ile nie spieszysz się na wycieczkę lub samolot). Ale dla mojej grupy (8 osób dorosłych) największą niedogodnością była pora "otwarcia" części wspólnych: hotel dysponował pięknymi patio, ale były dostępne tylko do 20:00, po tej godzinie trzeba było siedzieć w pokoju lub wyjść na miasto. Przy grupie przyjaciół, która chce spokojnie posiedzieć przy drinku, omówić plan na dalsze dni itp, nie było to wygodne. Oczywiście zdaję sobie sprawę, że chodziło o komfort innych gości (część pokoi wychodziła na patio) ale godzina 20:00 dla ciszy nocnej to chyba lekka przesada.... Nie zmienia to faktu, że gdy siedzieliśmy trochę dłużej ale byli odpowiednio cicho, nikt z obsługi nie zwrócił nam uwagi

Un hôtel avec du charme et bien placé
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse avec un petit balcon donnant sur le patio. Un personnel très attentif. Un emplacement idéal pour découvrir Cartagena. Des œufs brouillés plus qu’excellents le premier jour

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es extraordinaria. Le desayuno es muy rico y el personal que atiende es muy amable. Han venido renovando las habitaciones y eso mejora la calidad del hotel.

Cons:

A la hora de hacer el checkin no nos recordaron la hora de check out y adicionalmente no nos advirtieron que, de pasarse de la hora, había un cobro extra de $40.000. Uno de los días diluvió y quedan inhabilitadas las zonas comunes del hotel.

Hotel colonial en ubicación estratégica para conocer Cartagena de Indias

Decoración colonial de muy buen gusto en un emplazamiento ideal. Habitación espaciosa en un precioso edificio. Bien de wifi en la habitación. Huevos preparados al momento em el desayuno. Buena climatización.

Cons:

La verja de puerta principal se encuentra habitualmente cerrada con candado lo que pienso supone un grave riesgo en caso de necesitar evacuación. Dos noches tuvimos ruido de vecinos que estaban festejando y nos afectó al descanso. El café no alcanza el estándar esperado en Colombia. Se echa de menos algún tipo de embutidos en el desayuno

It was a home away from home - and theygave me the confidence to go out and enjoy the city and area.
Pros:

The staff helped to make my stay easy, fun and productive. They gave me help with taxis, told me where to buy special gifts, gave me sightseeing tips, and were helpful in every way.
I chose a Superior Room, and had a great balcony with a view which I loved.

Cons:

There is nothing that could be improved to my mind.
