Muy buena ubicación y lindo hotel. Buen desayuno y personal muy amable. Cerca de buenos restaurantes y muchas tiendas.

Cons:

Sería mejor aún si contara con acceso en ascensor a los pisos superiores.

Pros:

Well received, bags taken to upstairs room.
Bed comfortable

Cons:

Power kept going off and lost aircon.
Very loud music kept us from sleeping.
Missed the breakfast
Shower was cold - never warmed up

Nice!
Pros:

Excellent location, close to all points of interest in the city. Quiet in the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only thing they have to improve is the wifi coverage through some spot of the place. It is difficult to get signal in some places of the hotel. Other than that, everything was ok.

Pros:

Beautiful rooftop pool and area, and beautiful classic Spanish architecture. Location in old town is great for experiencing old town. AC.

Cons:

One of three nights there was loud DJ music immediately next door, which the hotel informed us about and ended at midnight, and then elsewhere on the block in the early AM hours. We enjoyed a personal dance party with the neighbor DJ but had a hard time sleeping with the other. Was glad this was only one night and not totally surprised given location of the hotel and love of music in Colombia.

Pros:

La ubicación es espectacular. Mejor imposible. Cerca de todo. La calle es preciosa. Los chicos uq atienden son muy amables.

Cons:

Al lado hay gente que hace fiestas y estuvieron hasta las 5 de la mañana. Eso fue muy feo.
