La ubicación es buena.
La habitación es grande, y está muy bien climatizada con aire y con ventilador, diría que lo mejor.
El baño bastante bien, grande y cómodo.
Lo único que al volver a por el equipaje por la noche, nos habían dicho que nos podríamos duchar, pero fue en un cuarto de baño horrible y sucio.
No nos cambiaron las toallas, por el precio que pagamos lo esperábamos.
Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários a maior parte bem prestativos, emprestaram toalha para o passeio. Quarto confortável, banho quente.
Tomada próxima a cama com dificuldade de encaixe no adaptador universal. Muitos mosquitos na região, recomendo levar repelente. No primeiro dia tivemos ausência de energia na instalação, mas foi algo da região, o hotel não teve culpa, mas buscou trazer o maior conforto ainda nessa condição.
Kleines Hotel mit einer super Lage. Sehr ruhig und trotzdem in ein paar Minuten mitten im historischen Zentrum vom Cartagena. Sehr große Zimmer... eigentlich zwei. Gemütlich und mit viel Charme. In beiden Zimmern gibt es einen großen Deckenventilator - die Klimaanlage haben wir gar nicht gebraucht. Die beiden grünen Innenhöfe sind der Hammer! Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Eine richtige kleine Oase!!! Ganz oben gibt es sogar einen kleinen Pool und Liegen. Badetücher werden dort auch gestellt. Dame an der Rezeption super nett und hilfsbereit. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Balkon nehmen! Wir waren vor 7 Jahren zu Beginn unseres Kolumbien-Urlaubs schon mal hier für mehrere Nächte. Leider waren diesmal die Balkon-Zimmer ausgebucht und wir waren nur für unsere letzte Nacht in Cartagena dort.
Zimmermädchen könnten aufmerksamer sein: Duschgel war leer, der Wasserhahn im Bad war undicht bzw. der Ablauf. Die Pfütze am Boden müsste auffallen. Waschtisch-Unterschrank war daher nicht nutzbar, da total nass. Und die Verblendung vom Griff Kaltwasser in der Dusche war ausgebrochen... viel ständig herunter.
La atención del personal, que son maravillosos, su ubicación inmejorable y los desayunos, extraordinarios. El patio interior muy bonito, también. La cama bastante cómoda.
La incomodidad del baño. Al principio no habia agua caliente y muy poca fuerza del agua. Piscina pequeñita, aunque resultona.
La ubicación es perfecta para conocer la Ciudad Amurallada
En la habitación 104, la ducha es muy incómoda para usar por el diseño de las puertas. De resto todo fue excelente
Desayuno correcto y buena ubicacion
La calidad precio no me parece correcta, muy caro para lo que ofrece. El personal es correcto pero a la hora de asignarnos una habitación nos la cambiaron enfrente nuestra porque otros clientes no querían la suya y nos la dieron a nosotros, bastante feo. No teníamos toallas, se lo dijimos y nos tocó ir a pedirlas nuevamente porque después de horas no las habían puesto en la habitación.

L'hôtel est très beau et très bien placé, l'accueil et tout le personnel sont excellents et toujours disponibles.
Peut-être ajouter des verres dans les chambres ainsi que de l'eau à disposition (se laver les dents)

Me gustó la ubicación y el desayuno.
No me gustó el olor a un poco de húmedo o madera en la habitación.
Everything. 3 Flags is a half block away from city centro, six blocks away from the clock tower, and just far enough from the action to be peaceful. Pull the trigger. You won't regret it. The staff speaks just enough English to make it a great stay. The quality of the breakfast is tight up there alongside a 5 star hotel. The staff is courteous and welcoming. This is the only place I will stay in Cartagena from now on!

Alles super, nur der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert
Cudowna lokalizacja, piękna kolonialna zabudowa. Obsługa miła i pomocna. Spełnili nasza prośbę o 2 łóżka pojedyncze mimo, że wg Booking takich nie było dostępnych. Bardzo dobrze komunikowali się po angielsku. Basen na dachu po paru godzinach w upale 40 stopni był bardzo miłym dodatkiem:)
Sala śniadaniowa była dość mała i czasem trzeba było czekać na stolik (generalnie nie jest to problem, o ile nie spieszysz się na wycieczkę lub samolot). Ale dla mojej grupy (8 osób dorosłych) największą niedogodnością była pora "otwarcia" części wspólnych: hotel dysponował pięknymi patio, ale były dostępne tylko do 20:00, po tej godzinie trzeba było siedzieć w pokoju lub wyjść na miasto. Przy grupie przyjaciół, która chce spokojnie posiedzieć przy drinku, omówić plan na dalsze dni itp, nie było to wygodne. Oczywiście zdaję sobie sprawę, że chodziło o komfort innych gości (część pokoi wychodziła na patio) ale godzina 20:00 dla ciszy nocnej to chyba lekka przesada.... Nie zmienia to faktu, że gdy siedzieliśmy trochę dłużej ale byli odpowiednio cicho, nikt z obsługi nie zwrócił nam uwagi
