Pros:

Was located near mass transit, which was critical for getting around in the city. The two English speaking staff Lucy and Nathan were very eager to assist with any issues that came up. The others on staff that weren’t as proficient in English did use the translator app on their phones to help when they needed.
The food in the hotel was excellent, but I wish thy had traditional tables to sit and dine.

horrible service, lost booking. wasted afternoon

could not find my booking. had me wait 2 hours at the lobby and on the phone with Hotels.com. Neither party would cancel and refund me after the 2 hour wait. became very angry and annoyed with the customer service and how they handled the situation. will never use Hotels.com again.

The hotel stay was fine, but you can tell the hotel has been around for quite a while. They did their best to have all the amenities in the room and it was clean. I think the hotel may allow smoking in the rooms (I actually didn’t ask for one but should have in hindsight) and you can certainly smell it in the rooms. No issues really except that it looks as if it could use some fixing up due to wear and tear. Overall I would stay there again as its location is very convenient to a number of tech companies there.

The major issue with yhis hotel is the lack of English speaking employees. While I do not expect evrry employee to spesk Enhlish, it would be helpful if more than 1 did. The facilities were nice, clesn and well kept.

酒店地點在望京比較偏僻的地方，周圍比較荒涼，最大的優點可能就是里旁邊的科技園區近吧。去吃飯都基本要打車才可以。酒店屬於五星級，房間裝修尚可，硬件設施中規中矩，入住體驗算舒適但無太大亮點。
