Önskade större rum när jag bokade, men ej, svårt med detta eftersom man inte kan prata med någon och förklara varför man vill att rummet inte är för trångt

As I reported before: at 10:45 PM we entered in this hotel without receptionstaff by opening the frontdoor with a code. Then it apeared that our room was locked ! The hotel had sent me a message that the room is open and the key is inside the room. We send several emails and called several times the special service phone number. Nobody gave reaction. Finally we had to check in in another hotel to get some sleep. The bill of this hotel was 3590 SEK = 343 EURO.
Next morning I returned to the hotel. The door of room 7 was now open and it appeared that people -or one person - had used the beds. This was confirmed by the cleaning lady who saw these beds which she had cleaned and refreshed the day before.
Two days later I met another member of staff. She told me that the service numer which was sent to me - through bookin.com - is since a long period practivally out of order. Not only me, but everybody calls this number in vain. This was confirmed by another quest of the hotel. He also called this number 4 times in vain.

The safety system of this hotell without reception-staff is under the minimum level !!! Fore incoming hotelguests their room is just open and the key is inside the room. There is no codesystem for opening the hotelrooms. The management of the hotel never changes te code of the frontdoor. Anybody who knows this code can enter the hotel and can look for a room which is open and can go sneak in.
In the middle of the night, just after 35 hours of travelling I could not enter my room and nobody answerd the so-called service phone number

And more: no guest who has a problem with the accomodation can call for support or advice !!!!
This is below all levels ! Booking.com schould break the contract with this orgnisation.

Gärna lite mer till frukistbordet!

My room was next to the front door, so I could hear the front door slam when someone walked through.

Gärna en liten schampo flaska.

The room was used with rubbish, dirty sheets and towels and no one answered the urgent matters phone number. We had a power outage during the night, and when it turned back on the WIFI was gone and the door code no longer worked, so guests were locked out. No one was there by 930 am either.

Wi fi fungerade inte

Vi upplevde det ganska svalt på rummet. Annars var det bra.

Koden fungerade inte på kvällen eftersom det var ett planerat strömavbrott (förklarde Luleå kommun när vi ringde dit. Hela kvarterets el var nedstängt, sen länge planerat. Ingen info om detta. Försökte ringa ”journummer” men hänvisades via telefonsvarare att skicka mejl. Tre mejl senare har ingen svarat. Fick öppna till andra gäster som inte kom in på kvällen, eftersom det elektroniska dörrlåset inte funkade utan el, störde nattsömnen. Uselt att det inte finns ett journummer. Rek ingen att bo där.

Frukosten var väldigt basic. Kaffe/te saknades. Gardinen för fönstret täckte inte hela fönstret så jag var tvungen att hänga överkastet framför fönstret för att det skulle bli mörkt på rummet. Väldigt litet badrum där man duschade precis innanför dörren.
