Rummet hade mögel, badrumsfläkten var trasig, bara ett glas. Duschhandtaget passade inte i hållaren. Vi hade bokat med frukost och fått det bekräftat, det fanns ingen frukost så vi fick äta på en bensinmack. Det är lyhört

Angenehme Unterkunft im Jugendherbergs-Stil, sehr gute zentrale Lage

Wir hatten (nach einigen Unklarheiten, s.u.) ein schönes ruhiges Zimmer, das direkt an einen Aufenthaltsraum angrenzte, wo wir uns ein einfaches Frühstück bereiten konnten (Zutaten zum Müsli sowie Heißgetränke waren vorhanden).

Cons:

Wir hätten das Zimmer gern verlängert - aber dafür hätten wir völlig neu buchen müssen, weil persönliche Verabredungen nicht getroffen werden. Auch haben wir keinen verantwortlichen Menschen gesehen. Unser eigentlich bestelltes Zimmer war gar nicht geräumt; durch telefonische Anfrage bekamen wir immerhin Ersatz zugewiesen.

Da vi kom til hotellet så var rommet vårt tatt i bruk av 2 andre. Vi forsøkte å komme i kontakt med Hotellet, men ingen svarte på tlf. Vi var da nødt til å booke oss inn på et annet hotell.
Jeg har forsøkt å komme i kontakt med hotellet på meldinger via booking.com. men får ikke svar. Booking.com har forsøkt å komme i kontakt med hotellet, ingen svar.
Jeg fikk til slutt svar fra booking.com om at de ikke kan gjøre noe, fordi jeg ikke tok kontakt med kundeservice med en gang. Klokken var 22.30 på kvelden, å vi hadde kjørt bil i 10 timer. Jeg tok kontakt med kundeservice 3 dager etterpå. Så pengene må anses som tapt.
