Das Zimmer 16 zur Strasse war entweder zu warm 28 Grad oder wenn man die Fenster öffnete war es zu laut. Das Hotel war jedoch insgesamt gut.

Good Hotel with Breakfast
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a good night’s rest. One of the highlights was the breakfast: a generous selection of fresh and tasty food, with something for everyone. The staff was friendly and made sure everything was well organized. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you value a good start to your day!

Väldig snällt personal. Fina stora rum och stort badrum. Ansolut helt okej ställe för priset. Lige svårt att hitta hotellet på kvällen.

Das Hotel hat Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer sind klein aber ausreichend und schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Frühstück ist in Büfettform, sehr lecker und eine gute Auswahl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.b. Lidl) ist 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Ein Einkaufszentren ist ca 8 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Wir können es zu 100% empfehlen und wir würden wieder kommen. Waren für 6 Tage dort.

Frühstück war soweit okay. Leider gab es keinen Aufzug im Hotel und die Koffer mussten in den zweiten Stock getragen werden.

Very welcoming host, nice old style building and simple rooms, breakfast good.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. They made us up a breakfast pack on the first day and opened breakfast early on the Sunday as we had to leave early to catch a train. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Kladno.

Very good hotel, cosy apartments with a nice old architecture. Very good breakfast, something for all tastes. Room was equiped with a refrigerator which is very important.
Kind and flexible staff that gives good service.

Great stay after catching a hockey game to see Jagr

We stayed in room 17 for 1 night. The room was big enough for two people. There were 2 single beds that were quite comfortable, but there were extra pillows. We didn't turn on the TV. So, I don't know which channels were available. The bathroom was also quite big, but no branded toiletries were available. The main issue was the noise; we could very easily hear other guests in their rooms and walking down the hallway. The room was absolutely not soundproofed. If you're a light-sleeper, you will struggle to sleep well at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was served in the basement. Obviously, there were no windows and the whole area was a bit gloomy. The breakfast food was very basic. Yes, there was a bit of everything, but it all looked stale, old, and even the packaged items seemed to have been of low quality. There was no coffee machine. The other thing that truly irritated us is that we had booked this hotel on Expedia, but the hotel didn't charge our card. So, we had to reenter our card details on the hotel's online portal in order to pay and generate PIN codes to enter the hotel and our room. Overall, we don't recommend this hotel. It's of low quality while the price is quite high for the Kladno area.

Not a great place to stay for the price

Habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil ein Pool angeboten wurde und wir 30 Grad Außentemperaturen hatten. Doch die Hotelmitarbeiterin erklärte uns das dies eine falsche Angabe des Plattformbetreibers sei und man auch nicht wüsste, wie die falschen Angaben in die Hotelausschreibungen kommen. Es bleibt jedoch trotzdem eine falsche Darstellung und man fühlt sich hintergangen. Die Hotelunterkunft wurde vorab bezahlt. Option Frühstück konnte nicht online gleich mit geordert werden. Hier im Hotel wurde aber beim Einchecken extra nachgefragt, ob man am Frühstück interessiert wäre. Das waren wir natürlich und hätten es eigentlich gleich online mit bestellt. Also buchten wir Frühstück dazu und bezahlten mit Karte noch einmal Hotelübernachtung plus Frühstück. Also 2 Abbuchungen. Ich fragte nach, weshalb ich jetzt nochmal eine Hotelübernachtung bezahlt habe, denn die war ja schon bezahlt. Mir wurde erklärt, das wäre nicht anders möglich und eine Abbuchung würde ihrerseits wieder storniert. Bis jetzt gab es aber keine Stornierung der ersten Zahlung. Auch wenn Stornierung später erfolgt, bin ich hier schon wieder abgereist nur mit der Aussicht auf die Rückerstattung. Ich habe keine Angst, denn ich weiß mir zu helfen. Doch das Hotel sollte sich mal darüber Gedanken machen, wie so etwas bei den Gästen ankommt und ob die beiden angeregten Dinge von mir nicht vielleicht einer schnellen Überarbeitung bedürfen?!?Auf Frühstück sind wir gespannt. Viele Grüße an Gäste, welche nach uns buchen möchten.

Zimmer vom Foyer direkt erreichbar. Schön geräumig und schöne Möbel. Problem: alte Fenster. Es hat sich sehr aufgeheizt
