We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quiet. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and fresh options. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic hotel that we would highly recommend. We would definitely come back!
Such an exceptional property and staff
Wow, what a great hotel. Gorgeous large rooms with huge private terraces. Amazing pool area with convenient bar service. The main bar was a delight, and the restaurant was great. Incredible breakfast buffet with Thai and Western options. We loved our stay.
The team especially Khun Tucky is very helpful.

We loved this place - so gorgeous, such a tranquil respite in the middle of a big city. The staff was excellent, our suite was so spacious, absolutely the best bed on our whole trip. Breakfast every morning was excellent, all food offerings on site were top notch. Recommended local shops and restaurants were very good, hotel was good about organizing tuk tuks back and forth to dinners. Especially enjoyed casual Coconuts and Cocktails Indian restaurant recommended. Booked Chiang Mai old town samlor tour through hotel and that was very fun. Visiting a variety of temples in the city was an educational and beautiful experience. Absolutely great place to stay.
Amazing hotel, staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and rooms are beautiful. We did a cookery course with Mem, who took us to the markets first and encouraged us to taste lots of good, we then made a delicious lunch

I cannot recommend 137 pillars enough. The grounds were picturesque and the rooms were immaculate. The staff was so kind and friendly. Our room assigned concierge Toto was a delight. He was so helpful whether it was finding a restaurant, helping with reservations or transport. We are dreaming of the day we get to go back!
Beautiful, historic property, very attentive staff that lives up to the "boutique" hotel experience. Our Butler "Tuck" was always available when we needed something and took good care of us. Suites are well equipped, spacious with beautiful decor. The electrical components are plentiful but a bit confusing to operate. A little lesson at check-in of the room would have been helpful - 😁. The breakfasts are delicious and offer a variety of fresh options. Property and pool are so relaxing and lovely. Jack Bains Bar is very special and the drinks that our bartender "Bat" made for us were tasty and a work of art with all the fruit/veggie accouterments including fresh herbs and flowers. We also enjoyed our time at the spa during our stay which I highly recommend. Thank you for a fantastic stay- we made the right choice in Chiang Mai.

The property is an oasis of calm and serenity, everything is “just so”, tasteful and easy. The bedding - OH - you sleep on heaven (I sleep on Hastens and Pratesi at home, I know a good bed).
The location. The property is situated in a location which rather far from both the Old Town (backpackers heaven) and the fashionable Western part of Chiang Mai.

location. Very much an oasis in the city. Staff weee incredibly helpful and attentive.
The pool is lovely but due to central
location has no view and is often in the shade.
137 Pillars is one of my favorite hotels I have ever stayed in. The team was absolutely incredible and ensured we had a wonderful time whether we were inside the hotel or out exploring Chiang Mai. The room was gorgeous and tranquil, and the entire property was a true oasis, away from the bustle of the old city. We had dinner there once and breakfast each day, and the food was divine. Friends staying at other high end hotels in town came to 137 for a drink and were blown away by its beauty. We almost didn’t want to go sightseeing because we enjoyed being at the hotel so much! It was a true luxury experience and we hope to one day return. You won’t regret staying at 137 Pillars!
This is one of the finest hotels we have ever stayed in. Elegant and classy on every level. Particular compliments to Tuki, our generous Butler and attendant, who went over and above to take care of our family. I expect she will be running an important hotel one day soon!
