Stunning views from the rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. Sauna and steam room were relaxing. Food was varied and enjoyed most things selected.

This hotel is the BEST hotel as it taught me so much:

1. At least a week ago before I arrived at the hotel, I wanted to book ski shuttle bus service, I sent email but was ignored by the hotel, it taught me I could not expect too much from others.
2. When I arrived at the hotel, the door was closed and I stood outside for quite a long time. I rang the doorbell and I also called the hotel number, but no one answered. It taught me how to be patient.
3. Finally, someone opened the door and we could barely communicate, because she couldn’t speak English. I couldn’t rely on my translation app either as I only have two bars for my signal and the Wi-Fi was not working normally. it taught me the importance of being able to speak more languages.
4. The next day we would like to book the shuttle bus to ski, but the receptionist told us we only have one choice, other timeslots were all fully booked. She didn’t apologize because it was our fault not being able to speak German to talk to the German speaking person yesterday and book the bus in advance. It’s told me being independent was extremely important, because they will never let you know when you could have the service.
5. The room we lived in, was smaller and looked quite different from the choice we paid on the app. Stop relying on your imagination or expectation, it’s reality.
I’ve never learned so much while traveling.

The views were outstanding from our room. My partner decided that our room balcony was the perfect place to propose! It was so beautiful. The food was lovely. The facilities, hotel and rooms were extremely clean. The hotel staff were lovely and were helpful when we required information.

Beautiful location by the lake but not far from town center. The half board option is well worth the money, Great saunas available to the guests.

We had a wonderful stay at Seevilla Freiberg. The location is truly special—right by the lake with beautiful views and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and professional, and everything felt very well organized from check-in to check-out.

Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we loved spending time by the water. The wellness area was a perfect way to unwind after a day out, and the overall vibe of the hotel feels cozy yet high quality. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of variety, and the food in general was fresh and nicely presented.

Overall, this is an ideal place for a peaceful getaway—great service, great comfort, and an unforgettable lakeside setting. We would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Zell am See.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig ,schön eingerichtet und sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen (HP) waren klasse.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt am See, Zimmer mit Balkon und Seeblick, auch das Restaurant mit Terrasse direkt am See ist wunderschön. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Sehr genossen haben wir die Saunalandschaft nach dem Schifahren. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die einzige Schwachstelle sind die wenigen und engen Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, man kann nicht wenden und muss die schmale Zufahrtsstraße zurückschieben, um auf der anderen Seite der Bahnlinie einen öffentlichen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz zu finden.
