Worth a visit
Pros:

Friendly. Warm, welcoming. Good location. Good facilities. Lovely owners. Lovely choice of hot and cold breakfast. Optional takeaway breakfast due to early departure.

Cons:

The room smelt slightly musty. Kept window open all week but still smelt upon return every day. Have been told the rooms are due an upgrade. TV very small.

Sauna and jacuzzi but out of season when we went so didn't use it
Sight seeing opportunities easily walkable from hotel

Cons:

If I had to be Picky I would say the rooms need a little glow up BUT it was clean and that's all that ever matters to me.

All in all a great stay
Pros:

Top breakfast,clean rooms,friendly staff

Access into the road with the car was a bit of a blind spot,maybe a mirror on the opposite side

Whilst the hotel décor was a little drab, the staff more than made up for this.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful (booked my evening meal for me at a nearby restaurant).
Breakfast was excellent, very varied choice and cooked to order, none of the buffet type menus you have to endure at larger hotels.

Cons:

Guernsey is very busy in August and hotel prices go through the roof, so whilst the room was a little on the small side and a single bed (I was travelling alone as on business ) it offered value for money.

Very helpful hosts, excellent breakfast, nice garden area and within walking distance to the airport
Pros:

Rooms had everything you need, good size, skylight in the bathroom was a nice, bright and airy touch. The hotel isn't modern but this just added to it's character and evoked nostalgia. We had breakfast for the two mornings of our stay and was very impressed with the full english and avocado, pouched egg on sourdough bread and also there were very polite waiters to take our order. The staff/receptionist were very helpful and Niek really helped us out as we couldn't get a taxi to the little chappel which we really wanted to visit by giving us a lift himself, Thank you so much for such a lovely stay, would definiitely recommend it to friends and family.

Cons:

Only that the swimming pool wasn't open but there was a nice hottub which we made use of so not a problem.

Met expectation .

Cons:

Disappointed there was no pool but I was advised after booking that booking.com had been approached many times to amend advert I was looking forward to using the pool to combat the cakes I knew I was going to eat !

Pros:

The manager was very flexible and accommodating.

Cons:

The mattress was either old or very poor quality. It felt of springs in every position. Really uncomfortable.
Proximity to the airport so it was noisy as soon as flights started at 5am ish
And on Booking.com it was recommended as being in/near St Peter Port. It was over 3 miles out of town via steep hills.

Staff were very friendly and we loved the option for breakfast .
Pros:

The hotel’s location was very good. This was main reason we chose the hotel.
We also looked how this hotel was rated.
The bus station was very accessible and we had no problems getting around.

Cons:

There wax no elevator and too many stairs .

Confort moyen de la chambre:
- sanitaire vétuste, mauvais fonctionnement de la chasse d'eau, porte coulissante séparatrice de la partie chambre non isolante, pas assez de ventilation (wc et douche), verrouillage des fenêtres, j'ai demandé et obtenu la suppression du plafonnier électrique au plafond à l'intérieure de la douche (risque d'hydrocution).
- environnement bruyant, manque d'isolation phonique surtout des bruits de l'étage au-dessus
- ménage à revoir, salissures sous le lit
