I email this hotel asking for the shuttle from the airport - there was no response and, of course, no shuttle. Had to take a motocar.
The room was clean, but with the strong smell of chemicals from cleaning. No possibility to open window to get fresh air. The air condition is old and extremely loud.
The main issue - upon check out they asked to pay for my staying there even I already paid through Orbitz. I showed the reservation and payment receipt, but they said Orbitz doesn't pay us and this price in receipt is impossible. Looks like the hotel staff have no idea about Internet reservations, etc.
Will never stay there again.

First day we arrived the receptionist wanted to charge us again, although we already payed to hotels for our stay. We got told that there where a power outage and the power was to be back at 5 pm, but was back on just before 8 pm. Although the casino on the first floor had full power from when we arrived at 1 pm.
Only one keycard was provided and you needed to put it in a slot for electricity in the room to work. So when you left the room and took the keycard for example the AC stoped working resulting in +45C in the room when you got back 2-3 hours later.
Only thing that worked fine was the WI-FI.

Excelente atención, todos siempre muy amables y serviciales. El spa fue súper relajante y tienen detalles como dulces de buenas noches. Tiene vista panorámica a la ciudad y al río. La atención en comedor es un poco lenta y no tiene piscina ni caja fuerte. La seguridad es con llave magnética (tarjeta).Por lo demás A1.
