Very nice area

Messy check in, the ocean front room we had booked was not available which was stressful but at least we were able to switch to ocean front the next day. Great location.

All-around amazing place

Nothing impressive about this hotel. The suite we got had a mini fridge that was full of drinks for sale. We asked if we could use the mini fridge to keep some personal stuff cold. They said we cannot. The hotel s so old with scary elevators and a small pool. we felt we could receive better serie at a bed and breakfast motel. We do not reommend this place to anyone.

Excellent location and they had their own beach lounge chair, umbrella, people who were excellent and on top of things

Our stay was just what we needed. Great location, hotel with clean and tide pool area with a lot of towels and chairs. Easy access to the beach,in just a few steps. Beach is well organized with as much as you need umbrellas and chairs, guards and few spots with refreshments offer. They also made cute corner for little ones, on sand with beach toys.
The cocktail on pool were super. We did not tried the food but saw there are people who ordered.
We had 2 double bedroom,clean and tide with partial see view. Quite with enough light.
Staff is what is something we need to appreciate-from entrance and guys who welcome us to reception desk and charming Christopher who made our day with extra voucher for breakfast.
Restaurant where they served breakfast was light and sunny while Mirjana did all we feel comfortable and pleasant. She was able to talk to different guests while focus on accurate and organized schedule. We had a great experience with her and next morning we were wondering if she will be there. She was and she brought smile on our faces. Very professional and nice. Also Danilo was our server who was fullfiling our small wishes with patience and smile. Breakfast was good in buffet style. This people made our accommodation even more pleasant.
There is a small shop in hotel with basic things including coffee. Lobby area is wide and good air conditioned with few elevators for each wing.
We learned hotel is closing due to renovation plan and we regretted since we are coming back to the area in Xmas time. We are hardly wait to see new/updated building while we do believe staff will remain the same.

I went solo and had the time of my life. The nightlife is so much fun and within walking distance of all cool spots. The Florida cookery is top notch and the bartenders are dreams come true. The views are divine in the ocean front view or the ocean view. Pedro is the BEST! See him at the Florida Cookery!

This hotel ripped me off. I asked for a reciept at time of checkout and they said it would be emailed to me. Flew home and checked my emails a few days later come to found out they charged me someone else’s bill. I’m still fighting with my credit card company to get my money back because any time I try calling the hotel back they either don’t answer or hang up on me any time I say “billing issue.” It’s rediculous and messed up.

Cleaning staff can do better

Positive: Check-in was great! Super easy and friendly staff. We were able to check in early and received our room right away. The pool area was very nice and the pool was very clean. The proximity to the beach was also a plus. Lobby area was also nice. Very walkable area with plenty of things around the hotel.

Negative: Rooms were dated. Time to update some of the furniture. At first we thought the table was dirty but it was just old and scratched up. The water pressure was also lacking. We needed to go down three floors before we were able to locate a working ice machine. Lastly and most importantly, my son’s mattress had something that appeared to be blood on it. We didn’t discover until the next morning when the sheets moved and we noticed it. We eventually received a new mattress. We did have to call three times and were told they will take care of it right away. Eventually we finally received it after getting back from touring all day and discovering the room was cleaned but the mattress was still the same.

The property is a great location. The hotel looks like is under construction. The elevators didn't work. Need a lot of work the carpet , wall and ice machine

Great location!

The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The hotel also was in a very convenient area close to shops and dining places. I would stay here again.

Proximity to beach

This property is not maintained well. This is shame on Marriot brand. I heard they are starting renovation very soon. The rates of the property are too much seeing the pathetic condition of the property. I would like to request full refund for this. The bathrooms were dirty with cracks on sink. The Power outlets were full of filth and dirt.
