It may be an older hotel, but the experience is genuinely world-class.

The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, the porters are professional and efficient, and the doormen are always happy to help with directions. The Chinese restaurant is also excellent, offering a wide choice of beautifully prepared dishes.

What really stood out was the service after I'd checked out. The housekeeping team got in touch to let me know I'd left some belongings in my room and even went to the trouble of arranging a courier to send them back to me.

It's a lovely hotel that offers the service and comfort of a luxury hotel at a very reasonable price. If I'm ever back in Tainan, I'll certainly be staying here again.
