A great find, via Tripadvisor
Pros:

It's a very friendly, family run hotel, where nothing seems too much trouble. Nicely located, 20 min walk from the town, but 5 mins walk to the best best beach we've seen
Our room, 205, had been recently refurbished and was lovely, large with a comfortable bed and great bathroom. Some residents complained that their rooms were old and tired, but the owners did seem to be continually refurbishing during our stay. The owners and staff are a delight, lovely people and we'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Cons:

We'd have liked to have seen a couple of litter bins, in the breakfast area and in the terrace.

Nice place but got woken up every morning by cleaners
Pros:

Nice location just outside the town. Nice view

Cons:

Not very sound proof at all. It's not nice to get woken up by the cleaners cleaning other rooms all over from 9am-11am. Sounds like a construction site . I even had earplugs and they didn't work. They should really wait until about 11am (i.e. check out time) before trying to clean the place fast at the expense of other guests peace and quiet. Some people like to sleep-in on holiday..

A minor thing, no power points for your phone charger next to the bed.

Petit hôtel avec jolie vue mais salle de bain à rénover au plus vite !
Pros:

Bel emplacement avec vue sur la mer et agios Nikolaos . La terrasse avec le bar est sympa et les cocktails y sont très bons !

Cons:

Salle de bain très vétuste avec des joints de douche noirs et rien pour poser ses affaires de toilettes … le petit déjeuner est beaucoup trop « british » et ne convient pas à ceux qui aiment un p’tit dej continental … quelques viennoiseries et davantage de fruits frais seraientt appréciés !

Pour visiter Agios Nikolaos et l'est de l'île
Pros:

Situé à 20 minutes à pieds du centre d'Agios Nikolaos, commerces et restaurants, port et lac, c'est un vrai bonheur de s'y rendre à pieds, c'est instationnable...
Le petit déjeuner, personnel très serviable, se prend essentiellement en extérieur, très complet, sucré salé, mais manque de viennoiseries chères au Français...
Parking dans la cour de l'Hôtel, gratuit sans réservation.
Bar dans la cour, près de la piscine ouvert tard le soir.
Chambre avec vue sur la mer avec le lever de soleil, un régal pour les yeux.

Cons:

Cabine de douche, un peu ancienne et exiguë..

Great relaxing holiday !
Pros:

Great value small hotel an easy 20 minute walk into the centre of Agios Nikolaos . Bus stop nearby to get to Elounda /Plaka to visit Spinalonga .
Rooms were basic , but very clean and had everything you need . Great views from the balcony and the sun terrace on the roof.
Small pool with paved area around it for sun bathing . Fantastic choice for breakfast , including home made cakes and jams and lovely staff on hand .

Cons:

Shower a bit small
Fridge was tiny and didn’t keep drinks very cold

Comfortable accommodation and good value
Pros:

Quiet room with comfortable beds and pillows and good storage space for clothes. Good buffet breakfast and pleasant outdoor breakfast area. Nearby Kristi Taverna was a good option for meals. Plenty of free parking on site.

Cons:

Located 1.5 km from the Lake. Most of the walk in to the centre is along a busy road, but we took a taxi back for 8 euros.

Heerlijke vakantie in heerlijk hotel op toplocatie
Pros:

Heel schoon, heerlijk zwembad en fantastisch ontbijt. De dames maken er een feestje van. Heerlijke omeletjes en zelfgemaakte cake en hapjes. Super.
Iedere dag schone kamer. Lief personeel.
Ligging tov strand en centrum super.
Agios is een hele leuke plaats met een prachtig binnenmeer en goeie en gezellige restaurantjes.
Kortom een aanrader.

Pros:

O pequeno alomoço era razoavel dentro do expectavel. A simpatia dos funcionarios

Cons:

Nao existirem rampas como alternativas as escadas para o quarto e para o elevador. Os candeeiros das mesas de cabeceira darem pouca luz.

Lovely hotel with amazing views
Pros:

Very good location near the beach, peaceful and nice, town within walking distance. Incredibly beautiful views of Mirabello Bay. Delicious and rich breakfast, lunch can also be ordered on site. Friendly and kind reception. I was in two different hotel rooms, the smaller one was lovely and cozy, and the larger one exceeded all expectations. I definitely want to go back someday.
