Possibly the best views on the West Bank
Pros:

If you are a fan of large, international, corporate hotels then this is not the place for you . If, however, you enjoy small, family owned, hotels with character, and caring staff, then El Mesala is to be recommended. Mr Mohammed and his staff went out of their way to make our stay a success.
The location and the view were superb. Any requests were dealt with in a prompt and cheerful manner. There was a good, and varied choice, at breakfast, and the staff were more than happy to make anything not on the buffet. The food is fresh and delicious. The rooms were spotlessly clean with the added bonus of 'towel art'. They are happy to clean the rooms every day, you just need to hand your key to reception.

Cons:

The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate and the location and view make up tenfold. You have to watch the sparrows don't eat your breakfast before you do!

It was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

It was overlooking the Nile. East bank was in view. Really close to ferry. Great location.

Cons:

No lifts and restaurant was on top floor. But beautiful views.

Guys who work at reception was the best.
Niceeee breakfast.
Location was 10/10. Near the ferry and near to fellucas.

Appartamento molto bello.
Colazione ultra abbondante (abbiamo dovuto dirgli di smettere di portare cibo perchè non riuscivamo a mangiare tutto)
Tutti i componenti dello staff erano molto gentili e pronti.
Appartamento sulla strada che costeggia il Nilo, con splendida vista sul fiume

L'albergo è in una posizione strategica, sulla sponda Ovest. A due passi dal battello comunale e ideale per gli spostamenti verso la zona Valle dei Re, Hatshepsut etc.

Cons:

Il potenziale c'è, ma si perde in delle questioni di semplice soluzione. Basterebbe poco per renderlo più competitivo con altri alberghi della zona.

Pros:

We had to catch a boat to cross the Nile with three big suitcases and when we arrived, we found out that the room we paid for was given to other customers. They staff were nice and apologetic but it was too late and not fair. I am still waiting for our refund from Booking.com. We are disappointed with the hotel and with Booking.com.
