Horrible. Dirty room and super racist staff
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Horrible service. Super racist and staff was super unhelpful. Dirty room, had mold everywhere (especially the toilet), and found a dead rat at the bottom of our bed. Just don’t come here.

Pros:

Lo staff è super cortese e professionale, il punto migliore dell'alloggio.
La SPA privata compresa con determinate camere è un plus veramente ottimo anche perchè è aperta fino tardi.

Cons:

La stanza e la sua pulizia non era al top, abbiamo trovato la tv non funzionante, una luce del bagno che sfarfallava sempre ed alcuni arredi rovinati, diciamo non da 4 stelle.

Disappointed
Pros:

Location, hotel in the middle and within walking distance to all sights. Breakfast was small but great. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

The room we were given had issues with cleanliness. When we brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she thankfully dealt with this immediately and we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, this hotel, in, our opinion, does not meet the usual standards of a 4* hotel.
