Der Pool war sauber. Das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war gut, wenn man sich vom europäischen Standart Abstand nimmt. Es gab jeden Tag etwas anderes. Früchte, Pancake,Waffen, Sandwich, Eier, frischer Saft, Kaffee und etwas Gemüse oder Kartoffeln.
Getränke bekommt man rund um die Uhr an der Rezeption.
Die Lage ist top. Man muss nur die Straße ein Stück hoch gehen und ist direkt in der Einkaufsstraße und nah an der Partymeile. Auch abends haben wir uns auf dem Weg nicht unsicher gefühlt. Preis/Leistung ist super.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein und durch den Einbauschrank wirkte es noch enger. Keine Harken an der Wand, wo man mal etwas aufhängen konnte.
Poolbar leider geschlossen.
Keine Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse/am Pool

Hotel e personale accogliente, in buona posizione x raggiungere la zona centrale e della movida di Santa Marta. Colazione buona. Ci hanno anche tenuto le valigie x 2 giorni dopo il check out.

Cons:

Manca l'acqua calda x lavarsi,ma penso non l'abbia nessun hotel perché in tutti quelli che abbiamo girato non c'era mai

El mal servicio q nos brindo el recepcionista, muy grosero y nos tocó ir a buscar otro hotel , ya teníamos reserva y nos cobró un adicional por el niño, indicando q había un error de parte de Booking y no me pareció justo, al momento de explicarle se enojo y nos dijo q si queríamos hospedarnos tocaba pagar y preferí perder tiempo buscando otro hotel q atendieran mejor
